Great stay, unbeatable view and good food at Quinta Real. The personnel was very attentive. We got a room upgrade in a fantastic suite with the best view ever.

My husband and I stayed at Quinta Real for one week. It was quiet, relaxing, and had incredible views of the beach! The staff was excellent; thank you for your amazing service! The food was great but we found it overpriced compared to what you could find in the city. The hotel also needs updating and could do with more ventilation and painting touch-ups to revitalize it.

Se le empieza a notar los años de deterioro al establecimiento, mas sin embargo tiene lo necesario. Estuvimos 4 en una habitación suite doble con alberca y disfrutamos mucho de nuestra estancia. Tuvimos problemas con el aire acondicionado pero fue arreglado pronto.

Our first room had a bad view. We never used our room amenities fully because we were surrounded by strewn garbage on the walk down to our private pool. Service was lacking, we waited long to get served at the restaurant, pool area, and to get towels/ chairs on the beach. At one point we couldn’t use the jalapas reserved for guests on the beach because some non- guests installed themselves and there was no staff to resolve this issue. Insufficient parking. Restaurant food is overpriced and bad quality. The hotel entrance is beautiful, and the beach access is nice, that’s about it.

el hotel es hermoso, tiene una bonita vista, la comida es buena, aunque sí es un poco cara y el menú limitado, pero puedes pedir opciones si es que requieres algo sencillo o rápido. El servicio es excelente y la atención al cliente es muy buena. El único inconveniente que le veo es que si eres una persona grande o con limitaciones de movilidad, Es un lugar complicado para moverse, pero es parte de su mismo encanto. Si quieres ir a relajarte y a disfrutar el ambiente de la costa, es un muy buen lugar.
