I recently stayed at this hotel [26/2/25-5/3/25] and, despite unfavourable reviews found the hotel much to my satisfaction. The food, an abundant buffet breakfast, was terrific and so too was the evening meal although the selection of dishes on offer was minimal. My room was great but the TV did not work-no great hardship but something management should be aware of. The most girl staff looked and slinky in their dark denim uniform giving the hotel an understated but professional consistency. However it was touch and go as to whether there were any snacks available in the afternoon. There was "music" courtesy of a large bass speaker which seemed to go on and off on an ad hoc basis. If I had my way I'd get rid of it as I have not travelled all that way to listen to it. I would have liked to have seen an on site shop if only for suntan oil/toothpaste and water. Finally the hotel's website photos are way out of date and could do with being updated

Todos os Funcionários extremamente simpáticos e atenciosos Embora pouca variedade no Jantar (1 prato de carne ou peixe ou massa) A comida é extraordinariamente boa. Melhor bife de Atum que já comi! Pequeno almoço podia ter mais variedade de fruta e algumas alternativas sem gluten, mas tem umas omeletes muitos boas.

Arrived late in the evening to be told the hotel was overbooked and was sent to another hotel of lesser quality 600m away with the promise a room would be available the day after. Returned the following day to be told the same story that no room was available and to return the day after. Two days later they found a room after complaining to the manager but it was only available after 3pm. I was not the only person that this was happening to. It spoit the first two days on my holiday and the management said that some form of compensation was being considered but this has since been rejected. The hotel room was acceptable, breakfast and facilities average. But my experience is don't guarantee on getting what you paid for.

Adorei a estadia neste hotel. Staff impecável e sempre presente para qualquer duvida. Sem desmerecimento dos demais, destaco o Levi e o Jorge, que foram impecáveis em nos proporcionar uma agradável estadia. Quarto/WC modernos e muito espaçosos. Colchão muito bom. Fomos com meia pensão, comida muito bem confeccionada. Piscina e área interior bastante agradáveis. Perto do centro e do pontão. Aconselho este hotel por todos e mais alguns motivos. Ficámos muito satisfeitos com a escolha

Na 1 ida ao sal, ficámos aqui e foi uma experiência boa face às nossas necessidades e gostos. Na 2 ida, pensámos igual. Hotel simples mas adequado ao nosso bolso, Perto da vila, perto da praia, sossegado. Contudo na chegada fomos informados de uma incompatibilidade com o nosso quarto, ficamos super atrapalhados, mas o gerente do hotel muito simpático, mas constrangido informou nos que seríamos realojados num hotel parceiro e aí ficamos aliviados, mas ansiosos do que por aí vinha. Fomos informados do novo sítio eu não tinha a mínima ideia mas o meu marido sim e parecia q estávamos assegurados e até brinquei que era um ótimo presente de aniversário, obrigado 💛🤍💙❤️🇨🇻 E assim foi, levaram nos ao hotel de realojamento um hotel superior ao que tínhamos contratado e por lá ficamos, super bem acolhidos como clientes com a exclusividades desse hotel.A única coisa aborrecida, foi estarmos todos os dias há espera de sair, faz mala, abre mala,mas percebemos que era o procedimento. Por isso hotel do pontão, obrigado por terem resolvido esta questão desta forma e nos terem proporcionado estas férias ...Bem Haja e até umas novas férias 🇨🇻🫶
