Service: Absolutely appalling. The staff seem determined to help as little as possible. They either dismiss concerns outright, ignore you, or pass you to someone else who never follows up. It felt like a constant battle just to get basic assistance. Food: The food is atrocious. Ended up surviving on pasta and bread to avoid getting sick, as many guests around us were ill. The buffet is the worst – warm food sits out for hours with flies swarming all over it. Completely unhygienic and unacceptable. WiFi: The WiFi barely worked. It took several complaints and a staff visit to get it functioning properly. Facilities: The room and resort are in serious disrepair. The safe in our room didn’t work. The air conditioning leaked water all over our clothes, the shower clogged and overflowed daily, and the bedroom door broke after housekeeping visited, leaving it impossible to close or lock. Drinks: All drinks are watered down. Even wine tasted diluted, and ordering a gin and tonic might get you Sprite instead. Advertising: The hotel we booked was advertised a “adults only”. This was false - there’s one small area that has an adult-only pool which is small and rammed. Turns out we ended up paying more for this. Overpriced Excursions: The hotel pushes overpriced trips for over €100, which you can find online for €15–€20. It’s clear they’re exploiting guests with these inflated prices. Lost Items: We had to move rooms and accidentally left an item behind. The staff were initially unhelpful and only acted after we raised a fuss. Apparently, housekeeping had found the item days earlier but didn’t inform us. It then took them half a day to retrieve it, which felt suspicious. Overall, this hotel was a disaster from start to finish. Avoid wasting your money and your time here.
