Just the standard RUI Hotel setup…unable to get a booking in any of the specialty restaurants. Buffet restaurants the same repetitive food.
Polite cleaning staff.
Reception staff need to be more customer focussed I arrived at 8pm given a keycard and a map and pointed in the direction of the room…no one to help with baggage. Requested late checkout on the RUI app had it confirmed and then I find keycard not working on the day after spending the morning by the pool headed to reception was told I should have requested this at reception…at no point in time did the app state this. I was told that the bell boy had put a note under my door..that’s ok if I could actually get into the room to read it, but there was no note !
Would not say this is a 5* hotel more a 4*.

Een hotel, wat zijn 5 sterren nu niet waardig is, vanwege heel veel achterstallig onderhoud. Maar echt heel veel!!!!! Zoals bv: kapotte verlichting, losse handdoekhaakjes, losse wc-bril,smerige zonnebedjes, kapotte vloerdelen op zonneterras bij het zwembad (echt gevaarlijk!), zonneschermen die niet open of dicht te krijgen zijn, schuifdeuren die niet te schuiven waren, lades scheef, schone handdoeken (?) met vieze vlekken,ijswater in het zwembad etc. Maar zeer vriendelijk personeel en een goede keuken!!

Room clean and well equipped. Toiletries are of good quality. Tea and coffee facilities. Fridge restocked regularly. Plenty of bottled water in room. Enthusiastic entertainment team. Food in main restaurant excellent with a wide choice of dishes. This is our third year in a row. The only slight criticism is that the menus in the speciality restaurants have remained exactly the same with limited choice.

Great hotel made better by the sun and nice staff. The only problem was not being able to sit together at meal times as we were a group of 11 and they wouldn’t move around the tables even after asking the front receptionist. People to shout out are Gardenia - sports bar Edir - pool bar Valdo - waiter This was a fantastic hotel, lovely rooms with great food. Watch out for the trips away, we went with a local company and you pay for the transport and not anything else. We paid €30 each and was made to pay for every location we visited so was probably not far off the TUI price

Hôtel qui n’est pas réellement un adult only , plage et animation partagées avec le funana . A l’apéritif du soir aucune ambiance même un fond musical . Transat plage et piscine pas confortable. Beaux jardin mais aucun endroit Charmant pour se poser avec une vue sur la plage exemple car à la plage juste un amas de transat et un point de ravitaillement boisson. Les 5* sont ok pour la restauration et les boissons car les buffets sont très bons . Pareil le ménage dans les chambres est au top , même si les chambres sont vieillissantes . En conclusion, beaucoup de monde grosse structure aucun charme pour un adult only. Le resto à la carte kunilarium est top les deux autres sans intérêts . 1h par la plage pour rejoindre santa Maria , par la route 30´.
