I am writing this now whilst we are on our last night here. Can I first say ignore the majority of the negative reviews. We have been here for two weeks. And we can not find a fault with staff, the hotel, or the food, all have been tremendous. MAURA in the pool bar is a revelation and a great asset to the hotel As you walk around, you will see staff cleaning or keeping the gardens in great condition. Use the app to order more drinks in your mini bar or optics. This is a great response by the team. Now you may think this is petty, but we are in room 5011. A d everything is without a complaint, except, like I said, we have been here for 2 weeks, and although reported numerous times, we gave only had 3 days where the tv was working. Each time I get the response of" we have a problem with that block and your room," it's not that we need the tv, but I like to have some availability when I'm back from the pool and getting ready to go out. Or when you return from a night out. Childish, you may think, but only having a few days of availability in my eyes, after reporting it several times, is a bit annoying. But can we fault any other service, NO. So don't listen to Karen's or the kens, comecand enjoy the great experience of this hotel.
