The room was beautiful, the owner was terrific (responded to every request including providing a phone charger which we kept at no cost!), the breakfast was amazing. It was a 10 min walk to the bus/train station which connected to everything. The only negatives were there was no A/C (the room was a little warm) and there was outdoor music until midnight, which made sleeping difficult.

This is an outstanding establishment - the room is quiet and modern with kitchenette, firm beds, very good internet, coffee machine, kettle and all cutlery. It is conveniently located and with a friendly host who makes you feel very welcome. The breakfast is A too. Will definitely visit again.

A lovely B&B in a great area and only a few minutes walk from the station (although you wouldn’t know it and you certainly wouldn’t be disturbed by it) - the owner and staff were very friendly and helpful and breakfasts were amazing!

The bed and breakfast is beautifully decorated to the period of the house. Breakfast was wonderful. Room was extremely clean. Kitchenette was well stocked ( with wonderful restaurants in Sintra, we did not use). Room meticulously decorated, bed was good but too firm for our liking. We loved the cats, but might be a problem with allergies (6 when we visited). Wonderful host, we would definitely recommend. Bring good walking shoes... lots of hills and cobblestone streets in this beautiful town.

If you are allergic or don’t like cats, do not stay here. I found cat hair on the china and breakfast table. One cat was sick which was very sad, but she screamed all night. The keys were incredibly difficult to use and it would take forever to get them in and out of the locks! The house is crammed with Knick Knacks and stuff so be aware that there are a lot of dust collectors. The bed was very comfortable and location was very nice, but would not go back.

The most wonderful, helpful, and charming hosts. Not only was my room comfortable and clean, but my breakfast was also stupendous with fresh baked goods every day! One of the most valuable contributions to my visit to Sintra was the tour advice. With little notice, my host arranged a car and driver for a day-long tour of Sintra and the surrounding areas. He also made arrangements to visit a tile restoration and store that I never would have found by myself. My hosts are part of why I fell in love with Sintra - THANK YOU!!!

Had two night here. The accommodation was spotless and very comfortable. The bathroom recently refurbished. Hosts Custodia and Francisco were very friendly and helpful recommending two very nice restaurants and also a visit to Palicio Montserrate. We hired bikes from Cycling rentals (on line but based inSintra) and did a great cycle to the coast and had a meal at Praia Adriga (Amazing seafood) We will definitely return the next time we are in Lisbon.

In una zona di Sintra vicina al centro storico ma piena di parcheggi gratuiti, sorge questa bella villa dove vieni accolto con grande ospitalità dai proprietari e dai loro 5 bellissimi e affettuosissimi gatti. La camera è arredata con gusto ed è munita anche di una cucina. Al mattino Francisco ha preparato per noi un'eccellente colazione (la migliore nel mio soggiorno portoghese). Se dovessi tornare a Sintra, senza dubbio alcuno sceglierei ancora Villa Estefania.
