Très bon hôtel et très bien situé pour visiter Assise. Se situe à 5 minutes de la basilique notre dame des anges. Personnel souriant. Remerciement particulier aux serveuses du restaurant qui étaient vraiment aimables. Nous ne mangions pas de bœuf et à chaque fois ont su avec bienveillance nous fournir un autre plat.

Sono un docente ed ho accompagnato alcune classi del liceo e consiglio questo hotel per diversi motivi: posizione centrale, ottima cucina, personale gentile e accogliente, proprietari molto disponibili. Lo stesso affermo riguardo le camere e la pulizia dei vari ambienti. Ritornerò con la famiglia.

Pessimo hotel. Ho soggiornato qui per tre notti ed è stata un’esperienza a dir poco pietosa, pulizia quasi inesistente,camere non pulite e asciugamani non cambiati ritenendo dal personale che non sia necessario cambiarle ogni giorno, pezzi enormi di polvere nelle scale,personale scorbutico e poco accogliente, una tanfa incredibile di FOGNA nei corridoi e nei bagni delle camere. Per quanto riguarda le camere,abbiamo chiesto in reception la motivazione per la quale non siano state pulite e ci hanno risposto in modo scontroso dicendo che se fossero state lasciate in modo “pietoso” da noi,non avrebbero pulito,ma io ho pagato per avere tutti i servizi di cui ho bisogno,quindi mi sembra solamente una scusa,poi c’è da dire anche che è il loro lavoro e dovrebbero farlo. Il cibo non è nulla di che per non dire pessimo,per avere una bottiglia d acqua frizzante AL TAVOLO bisogna pagare 2€,ma stiamo scherzando? Dovrebbe essere inclusa visto che vengono pagati e non poco. L’unica nota positiva è che si trova vicino la chiesa di Santa Maria degli Angeli,ma per il resto anche quella zona è orrenda. Non mi sembra normale sottovalutare la pulizia e le esigenze dei clienti,non aggiungo altro.

I recently stayed at Los Angeles Hotel Assisi, and it was an amazing experience from start to finish! The location was perfect, the staff were incredibly friendly and professional, and the cleanliness of the hotel was outstanding. The breakfast was delicious with a great variety of options, and the restaurant was absolutely fantastic—high-quality food and excellent service. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Assisi! Thank you so much - we will definitely be back!
