I took the room in the dependance structure: practically the ground floor of an adjacent building. Ridiculous and obscene for a 5* from 280 euros per night. They don't have parking, but they park cars along the internal road. Never again

My girlfriend and I stayed two nights in this hotel celebrating her birthday. We booked a suite for the occasion and to our disappointment, this hotel did not meet our expectations. For a hotel giving themselves out to be a luxury hotel they failed to deliver on one of the most important criterias: Cleanliness. Our room was not clean, the nightstands were dusty and a chair in the bathroom had dust and someones bodyhair on it. Also, the four post bed had the curtains just somehow flung on there, not very tidy and not luxurious at all. So we advised the front desk who responded "we will try to fix it". After a long day out we got back to our room to find it had been serviced, the curtains removed from the bed leaving the frame bare and with dirty fingerprints all over it, the dust had not been cleaned from the nightstands and the chair in the bathroom still had the same dust and bodyhairs on it. On checkout the front desk could only offer they were sorry and discount half a lunch sandwhich. Very disappointing to say the least and I cannot recommend this hotel.

L’hotel è bello e moderno ma cinque stelle sono a mio parere troppe così come ho trovato francamente eccessivo il costo di una matrimoniale (450 euro) per una stanza buona ma che non rappresentava niente di speciale ne’ per dimensioni ne’ per particolari comfort. Anche lo schermo tv (sembrerà una banalità) non era da 5 stelle. Dotato di tanto canali stranieri ma troppo piccolo… Infine la colazione: ampia scelta ma la sala dovrebbe essere più riservata o comunque separata rispetto alle altre aree. Francamente - sarò strano - non mi va di vedere a poca distanza persone che arrivano cariche di valige mentre sorseggio un cappuccino che per la verità non era neanche granché.

La habitación es muy moderna y confortable pero estaba en un edificio diferente, situado detrás del principal que se ve en la foto. Hay que salir a la calle y rodearlo para llegar a el, es un edificio de viviendas cuya planta sótano pertenece al hotel. Resulta extraño. La situación del hotel es buena, cerca del puerto

Da non ripetere
Non abbiamo potuto lavarci prima dei nostri impegni serali dato che non c’era acqua calda. Dopo diverse chiamate in receptions la situazione non è cambiata e l’operatore sembrava disinteressato a risolvere il nostro problema.
