Prenotato Eight Hotel Cortina(ex Europa) in data 02 09 24 un soggiorno di 3 giorni dal 27 al 30 dic 2024 ( rilascio estremi della carta di credito a titolo di garanzia), in data 13 dic mi viene richiesta conferma ed inviata mail di conferma. ieri 25 dic 2024 mi viene inviata una mail dove mi si dice che il 27 dic la camera non è disponibile e che posso soggiornare solo il 28 e 29 dic 2024, diversamente posso dare disdetta. Lascio a voi ogni commento. Ho soggiornato in centinaia di Alberghi nella mia vita ma mai ho trovato un livello così alto di Incompetenza e mancanza di rispetto nei confronti di un utente. Complimenti!!!!

Only 12 rooms and in a fantastic location on a small beach perfect for swimming and relaxing. The staff was extra special. Not only welcoming but friendly and enjoy their occupations and where they work and it shows! It is also decorated really well!

Alloggiato in eight suite, molto bella splendida vista, qualche problemino tecnico della stanza ma cmq risolto, personale gentile, costo adeguato alla location, ristorante da migliorare ma difficile con la concorrenza adiacente che cmq può costituire un plus anche per l’hotel .

Puedo entender que el hotel cobre caro, sus tarifas son acorde a dónde está. Teniendo en cuenta que contratamos una del las tres habitacion con jacuzzi y vista, lo que si es esperable que los servicio funciones. El jacuzzi nunca funcionó durante nuestra estadía, además de no poder llenarse por esa misma cuestión. El personal fue muy amablemente no lo pudo solucionar. Siempre fueron amables pero la gerencia debería tomar nota que si el hotel ofrece un servicio, deben asegurarse de que esté en condiciones para cuando el hotel esta funcionando. No son muchas semanas al año que trabaja. El aire acondicionado otra agonía en la habitación también bastante flojo. Al hotel le faltan detalles como la comodidad de los enchufes en la habitación, toda una odisea, además de que los placares son chicos. Repito, se puede cobrar lo que se quiera pero se debe cumplir con lo ofrecido.

Avoid this hotel and ******* at all costs. We paid ******* for an additional guest, only to be charged again at checkout by the hotel who indicated that "the extra person fee is something charged by the hotel, not *******", despite a detailed invoice showing it had been paid. After returning home, ******* may pathetic efforts to recover the funds, only to say that partner policy dictates refunds. Only visit this hotel if you wish to be defrauded.
