Een ergere manager ga je niet meer tegenkomen. Zijn ongelofelijke arrogantie is stuitend wat zijn weerslag geeft op rest personeel. Ligging is mooi, kamers klein, mooi, maar de verhouding prijs/kwaliteit is zwaar uit balans. Hier betaal je puur en alleen voor de ligging.

Ein kurzer Zwischenaufenthalt (2Nächte) auf unserer Reise in den Süden Wir haben zweimal im Hotel gegessen. Es war jedesmal hervorragend. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir das engagierte Team. Ebenso am Strand war die Betreuung hervorragend.

Un meraviglioso viaggio di piacere nella riviera di levante. Siamo stati accolti in un paradiso terrestre la Baia di Paraggi è una creazione divina. Hotel appena ristrutturato con linee perfettamente in linea con l’ambiente circostante. Accoglienza superlativa, disponibilità e professionalità eccellente. È una bellissima sensazione e come catapultarsi indietro nel tempo e poi ritrovarsi immortalati nella pura realtà. Perché la navetta dell’hotel è una 600 multipla stupenda !!! Cosa dire di più … bisogna ritornarci !

First I need to say that the 5 stars rating is misplaced - this is a 3 star hotel in my opinion - I booked the two story suite at the hotel with the Jaccuzi - which was not cleaned- furthermore, the air condition temperature was cold and could not be adjusted - the safety box was not functional - the hotel has a very small beach which they allege is private but there are other people from surrounding public places that uses the water- we did not feel us private - house cleaning was terrible - most absurd - I paid 2400 euro for one night and when I asked if I can check out 2 hours late - I was told that they will charge me half a day - even though the hotel was not occupied - not recommended

Prenotato Eight Hotel Cortina(ex Europa) in data 02 09 24 un soggiorno di 3 giorni dal 27 al 30 dic 2024 ( rilascio estremi della carta di credito a titolo di garanzia), in data 13 dic mi viene richiesta conferma ed inviata mail di conferma. ieri 25 dic 2024 mi viene inviata una mail dove mi si dice che il 27 dic la camera non è disponibile e che posso soggiornare solo il 28 e 29 dic 2024, diversamente posso dare disdetta. Lascio a voi ogni commento. Ho soggiornato in centinaia di Alberghi nella mia vita ma mai ho trovato un livello così alto di Incompetenza e mancanza di rispetto nei confronti di un utente. Complimenti!!!!

Only 12 rooms and in a fantastic location on a small beach perfect for swimming and relaxing. The staff was extra special. Not only welcoming but friendly and enjoy their occupations and where they work and it shows! It is also decorated really well!
