Great location and pool and beach. However we very disappointed about the service, staff not always gentle especially at restaurant. We appreciated the work of the barman.

Just arrived back from a weeks holiday with 10 members of my family , this place is in need of an upgrade , it’s no way 4 star , more like 2 , it is clean and in a good location , that’s the good points , but the rooms are very basic , no tea/ coffee making facilities , and when I asked for a kettle I was told no by a very rude manager , who actually shouted at me , no mini bar as advertised , in fact your not even allowed to put your own drinks in the fridge or they will be confiscated , the breakfast is basic , the swimming pools were dirty especially the children’s pool , it had green slime all around the edge , the whole place felt unloved and uncared for which is a shame , most of the staff are lovely , but the manager is awful and very rude , this place is massively overpriced , there are much better places to stay in pula area

Solo ora leggo le recensioni, ma le foto su Booking raccontano un altro hotel. Letto matrimoniale dalle dimensioni di un una piazza e un quarto con materasso a molle . Doccia da circa 70 x 70 senza il box, quindi bagno allagato, l’acqua calda arriva dopo 10 minuti, nel mentre devi arginare la fuoriuscita . Zanzare e adette delle pulizie che non fanno riposare pomeriggio e notte, supplemento sui teli per la piscina, muschio e fughe marroni . Personale per la maggioranza ostile

Enorme potenziale, urge ristrutturazione...
Hotel dall'enorme potenziale, urge ristrutturazione radicale in quanto è rimasto indietro a qualche decennio fa... I materassi sono da cambiare quanto prima. Bagno moderno in camera e prima colazione accettabile (i cornetti da pasticceria sono eccezionali!). Discesa a mare diretta e bellissima piscina! Ci tornerei.

Gros problèmes de wifi , hôtel dans son jus des années 70, petit déjeuner moyen , goblets plastics pour les jus de fruits . Bien placé bord de plage , très bien comme point d’encrage pour visiter la région mais pas pour y rester . Son prix reasonable reflète tout ceci , gros besoin d’être modernisé
