Santa Lucia Boutique Hotel

I have been travelling to Gozo for just over 50 years and travel to Malta around 2-3 times a year from Scotland. We needed a place to stay and celebrate a baptism and we tried a favourite escape, Ta Cenc but they did not have enough rooms available. I tried others to see what was available and came across Santa Lucia. To be honest I had not heard of the hotel and I was hesitant because of this. I need not have been. It is on the edge of the small village of Santa Lucia next to Kercem overlooking fields. The interior of the hotel has been professionally designed with great attention to detail and results in a warm welcoming feeling. I saw several of the rooms and again tastefully designed to 5 star standard. There is no such thing as a basic room in this place. The gardens, swimming pool whilst not huge are delightful. The staff managed by Irene gave us first class service. Thank you and we cannot wait to return.

Just back from a relaxing week at this gem of a hotel tucked away in the edge of a tiny village. Rooms were beautiful, staff went out of their way to help especially A & S who seem to do every job needed! Easy to get the local bus and Uber . Very clean and delicious food.

The hotel is tucked away in a quaint village not to far from Victoria with easy bus and Uber journey available. A very clean and well organised hotel with very helpful staff who go above and beyond to help you. The hotel is quiet and modern with a great little pool and sunbed area for relaxing. There are outside showers at the pool and a spacious hot tub which is very clean. The food and drink at the hotel is of great quality and served most of the day round. Local little shop is available with a 10 minute walk which stocks water and most small commodities you might need. The feel of the hotel is one of luxury and if you are looking for a quiet quality break, with the opportunity to get into a local town for good food and sightseeing then this is the place. We visited 2 excellent restaurants by the name of Brookies and Casa Vostra. Both good quality and very well priced. A lovely stay at this hotel which had really good air conditioning which is needed in the months of summer as the days are very hot with bright sun. Again the staff were very good at this hotel and we felt welcomed in Gozo from the start. A great stay and I would thoroughly recommend it.

A short visit to this beautiful boutique hotel turned into a perfect little escape into paradise. The list goes on from amenities to cleanliness and exceptional service. Definitely recommend this experience and will surely be back soon.

Santa Lucija boutique hotel in Gozo is simply the best in everything on the island. Property wise nothing is left out in comfort, technology or services offered. Some 5 star properties on the island are miles behind in cleanliness, affordability and client satisfaction. I have been around most of the best rated hotels on the island and this is the place I will return to. Well done to all the staff on duty, you made us feel at home away from home. We will be back.
