Santa Fe Motel & Inn

We booked this place for it's location to IFAM (International Folk Art Market) in Railyard Park. This Inn is such a lovely place. Quiet, homey, and charming. The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. Gave great information and suggestions! We felt completely safe at the Inn and walking around Santa Fe - even back streets and in the evening. If we come back to Santa Fe this is where we're staying for sure! I highly recommend this place. We had a late check-in. The front desk closes at 10PM. So, they texted us how to get our keys. The breakfast is lovely! Oatmeal with different options to add, greek yogurt and berries, fresh fruit such as apples, bananas, and apricots (from their tree), along with hard boiled eggs, cereal, cookies, granola bars, juice, milk, coffee, and tea. The rooms are outdoor access. Our room was on the second level and was very comfortable. There is no elevator here. At the end of the balcony, near the stairs across from lobby, there is a lovely open space with chairs and tables to sit and relax, play games, talk if you wanted. Chairs are also right outside your room on the balcony. We had two queen beds. This was July and the room temp was comfortably air conditioned - though you could open the window at night if you wanted it gets so nice and cool. There is free WIFI and a TV (though we never turned it on), keurig-style coffee maker, a full carafe of filtered water you can refill downstairs, coffee cups, water cups, and plenty of to go cups. They provide K-cups, tea bags, creamer, and sugar. You can request room service every day or just a towel change when needed. It's up to you. You just let them know at the front desk. There is no safe in the room and I didn't ask if they had one at the desk. The Inn is very walkable to many sites. Note: wherever you go you'll want to take a refillable water bottle. There is filtered water available in the lobby. It's super close to Railyard Park for IFAM and to catch the train to Albuquerque. You are in walking distance of the Santa Fe plaza for the Indian and Spanish markets. That puts you near the Palace of the Governors and the New Mexico Museum of Art as well as the IAIA Museum of Contemporary Native Arts. Also nearby are Loretto Chapel, and the Cathedral Basilica of St Francis of Assisi. In other directions you are close to Georgia O'Keeffe museum, New Mexico Museum of Art-Vladem Contemporary, Site Santa Fe, and the Canyon Road Galleries. Museum Hill is also a must do -but Uber/Drive there. There is also a place to shop EVERYWHERE! Ask the front desk for suggestions. They'll get you to the right place. There are plenty of restaurants nearby. We went to Kohnami, Cowgirl, Tomasita's, and Pantry Rio and can recommend them all. So many additional good choices also in walking distance. There's Chomp, Radish & Rye (a sniftier place if that's what you're looking for), and the Dumpling Cafe all literally across the street. Also there's Amaya in the next door h

We stayed in Casita Bonita and had a great experience. Roomy with full kitchen, washer/dryer and king bed. EV charger worked great!

Wow What a great place to stay! Loved everything about it. Beautiful room, wonderful staff, walkable to lots of places and parking. Our favorite place to stay in Santa Fe

I really loved the location of this motel. Less than 20 minutes to walk to downtown & only 5 minutes away from great coffee shops & restaurants. The room was decorated beautifully & the bed was cozy. But the bathroom was very small. The shower was tiny. And there was no closet in my room. The parking lot is also very small. There was quite a bit of noise from people staying over my room, stairs creaking and footsteps. However, the staff was friendly & helpful. I did have a good stay and I liked my room. But I literally banged my elbow in that teeny, tiny bathroom one morning, so I had to deduct one star.
