The hotel room was beautiful and hotel staff wad friendly and helpful. The pool is beautiful. The only issue was a lack of pool lounge chairs.

Charged $25 a day for “amenities” which is the pool we couldn’t sue, the hot tub that was broken and 6 year olds jumping in and out of it. This is the only hotel I’ve been to that doesn’t include a fridge. Apparently we got the “basic” room. For the price I’m shocked the basic of a fridge wasn’t included. Overpriced. Beds were cozy though!

Disappointed! Local residents’ recommendations and reviews made us choose to stay here. The good: Staff was friendly and it seemed clean. The negatives: No restaurant on site like we expected (it’s being renovated for a year). WiFi so slow we couldn’t use it. A loud live band right by our room playing way past when we wanted to sleep. The room needs updating with its old AC unit and outdated plugs for charging things. An odd smell in the room. Extra resort fees for some sort of amenities that we couldn’t figure out. We nicely told staff upon our checkout of our disappointment and it was kindly explained away. We will find somewhere else to stay next time. Especially for that price.

The hotel and rooms were fairly nice. It was very unfortunate that the bar was never open and there is no food onsite. I think if there was a restaurant, it wound a perfect place to stay. We had to drive into town for all the meals. Also, the pool area is nice but the pool was too cold to swim and the hot tub was not very clean.

Beautiful lodge. The outdoor deck is gorgeous! Pool, spa, outdoor fireplace are lovely. Nice rooms. Great deal for this stay!

Absolutely beautiful locations and rooms, construction was a mild inconvenience. There were a few issues with the check in process, room requirements, ants in the bathroom, ice machine broken, and even though the staff attempted to remedy these situations the vacation was tainted. I ended up switching rooms, which partially solved the issue but in doing that I had to accept a downgrade without the balcony I had paid for. I am going to take this as an "off" visit because I have stayed here in the past without issues.

Not at all like pictures online. Googled hotels in Santa Fe and booked here due to pictures. At time of booking, told room came with 2 glasses of wine. When we arrived they said they dont do that anymore but gave us drink vouchers. Google king with balcony! Room dd NOT look like pictures. Couch had no cushion...was told it was being refurbished. Table and w chairs near fro t door blocking the entrance. We had to move to both enter and exit. Ice machine nearby didn't work. Tons of noise due to on-site construction.

Pool overrun with people not staying at resort. Sneaking in back gates or through front entrance. No one cares. Changing to swim suits in outside bathroom. No chairs for paying guests. No one checking room keys. Rooms ok. Service by request. 5 time here maybe somewhere else next time
