Drury Plaza Hotel in Santa Fe

The Drury at Santa Fe is a no-brainer when selecting a hotel in Santa Fe….quiet, friendly staff, yummy breakfast, we love the place!

I can't say enough great things about the Drury Plaza Hotel in Santa Fe. We booked two separate reservations at this hotel for the first time as we navigated New Mexico. The hotel is clean, cozy and conveniently located to the downtown attractions and the minute you walk into the lobby, you are home. The staff is there for you in every way. The rooms have beds and pillows that are so comfy and you get a quiet, restful sleep. The breakfast is abundant and excellent and the Kick Back evening snacks, really meals, are an added plus. If you want a first class experience with lots of value for your dollar, there is no other place to stay in Santa Fe. We simply love this hotel.

Nice hotel and many positive things about it. Overall customer service was excellent. Breakfast was good, and surprised with 3 free drinks and appetizers/really dinner provided at 5:30. The bedrooms do not have enough window light for me. Too small of window unless you request room with a terrace which I did not realize. Those rooms were full after we arrived so we could not move. Unfortunately, I left a few tops in the drawer, called the next morning when I realized it and needed one of them. Housekeeping DID NOT turn them in. I know I left them and 2 were over $100. I won’t be returning to a Drury— as honestly is extremely important to me. However, I did appreciate management surprising my husband and I with a hand written note and bottle of wine for our anniversary.

Great choice for a stay in Old Town Santa Fe. Perfect location. Large rooms. Amazing staff. Loved that breakfast and evening drinks and food were complimentary. Would highly recommend this hotel!

We went to Santa Fe, New Mexico to celebrate our 35th anniversary and the Drury staff made it an awesome experience from beginning to end. We look forward to our next visit to Santa Fe, New Mexico and the Drury Plaza Hotel! Thanks to everyone who served us! Alvin and Ora

We were blown away by our lodging experience. Because of all the extras this hotel offers and the amazing staff (Mark especially) we truly felt like GUESTS. He'd wish us well when we left and ask us how our adventure was when we got back. He always engaged with my kids too. He was just awesome. The kickback snacks were more than just snacks and were so nice to enjoy when my kids were too tired to get out and about for dinner. First night we had dinner plans, but after being in the car traveling I could tell my kids were going to have meltdowns all evening. It was so nice to be able to change plans last minute to stay in. And we didn't feel like we were missing out by not going out because we actually really enjoyed our meal and the ability to RELAX! After we enjoyed some complimentary beverages (included with your stay- bartender did a great job) while watching the incredible sunset view from the pool. Perfect way to start our vacation. Truly. My husband and I kept saying that. We were really happy with the cleanliness, style, and quality for the hotel, garden area, and rooms. The location is IDEAL and we were able to walk everywhere- even with our baby and toddler. The meals were wonderful and had something for everyone in my family. Definitely not a standard continental breakfast. And my kiddos LOVED getting popcorn whenever they wanted it! The valet staff was awesome too, I wish I got this gentleman's name to commend him in the review. I had my hands full with the kids, filling up water bottles before an outing. He came inside and spotted my valet card on the stroller and asked if it was ok if he went ahead and grabbed it for me. He could have just waited out side at the valet booth but went out of his way to make things easier for me seeing I had my littles. I really couldn't recommend this place enough... although part of me selfishly didn't write a review because I want to keep it a secret so it's not sold out when I go again! ;)
