It was ok

Staff very nice. Room clean but door could let bugs and air in. Unfortunately next door persons kept going in and out and slamming door every time. Btw the coffee in the lobby was really good!

Worst place to stay in Santa Fe NM. Please help I had just finished chemo and was feeling well so I decided to visit my home town. Apon arriving the office assured me I was going to be put in the room I picked weeks ago. My room was far from my choices. I was given a room as far away from the office as possible, I had a fridge no microwave, shower no tub and two full beds,in a room that provides a foot of walkway between, one smashed against the wall the other pressed so tight against the ac/heater intake I was more than a little concerned. I settled in and called about it in the morning and was told I would be takin care of. I waited and waited. Two hours later I decided to go see how my home was fairing I quit trying to force it and returned. Stopping by the office to see if I would get what I paid for. Nope. I was baffled by everyone who apparently was never told about it. They would be happy to help me out,or so I thought. I was told that I would have to pay for the room on top of the full week I had paid for with my reservation and it was now going to be a outrageous deposit that would have bought new linen for all the rooms. Told them that I was keeping my room and I just wanted the microwave to be delivered. Absolutely no problem sir. On my way to the far end of the building a man walked to me and asked if I had a room here.. I was looking at what appeared to be a homeless person and wanted to sleep inside,next day I asked about the man and told he was actually the owner. RUN. ☠️😷

No hot water. Other reviews have noted no hot water but I did not read them. When I booked online by phone, the booking clerk did not tell me that there was no hot water at the time at the facility. The Motel Desk Clerk did tell me when I got there and before signing in that there was no hot water but it was too late at night and I went head and excepted the room. Only after getting into the room did I see there was no microwave and no refrigerator. The Motel desk clerk told me that Motel six does not provide microwaves and refrigerators. Some of the ads for this motel online indicate that it has refrigerators, but the card said otherwise. When I told her I was leaving and going to find another hotel because I had to heat up my dinner, she told me wait, that they might have a room with a microwave, but it would cost more, for which I paid her cash. Lastly, this is a serious high crime area, and they were homeless or drug people hanging out in the back. After I settle in to the room, I started looking at some reviews and saw that they were having hot water problems before and people were complaining that they were either breaking into their cars or caught breaking into their cars. I parked my truck directly in front of my room, luckily. The reviews online say that all this is been happening for a long time, despite what they may write back. I cannot recommend any Motel 6 again ever if they don’t even have microwaves and refrigerators. That’s a fleabag hotel, and ought to tell you something. I should’ve read the reviews before booking. They should’ve told me on the phone or indicate online if it has no hot water, but they want to lure the traveling public in, and then offer them a discount. Then, to get a room with a microwave, they charge you more. This is practically fraudulent

Awful There was no hot water and tgd room was filthy, staff was so rude they made my fiance cry want a refund
