I'm a 59 year old nationwide business traveler and longtime Hilton Honors member. This is among the worst hotels I have ever stayed in and by far the worst Hilton hotel. Digital key didnt work and neither did their physical keys. Trash littered around the entrance and the halls, glasses and dishes piled up in the halls for some reason, stained carpet everywhere, abundant mystery smells and a decor that must date to the 80s. Oh, and bugs everywhere. I arrived late and tired but I still strongly considered finding a different hotel and paying out of my own pocket. This place is disgusting.

I was in Santa Fe for some business. The young man at the front desk was extremely helpful with arranging transportation for me. The rooms and public space were very clean AND you get a cookie upon check in.

Well it’s a convenient location to the airport and there’s a free airport shuttle! The lobby is amazing and the free coffee in the morning quite good. There’s a restaurant attached but I didn’t get to go there. The room was ok, most rooms have outdoor spaces to a small balcony or patio so that is nice. There’s bed was Hilton quality and clean. The bathroom tub/showers are in need of updating but clean and working. I would stay there again.

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Santa Fe DoubleTree. It's an older property with a lot of quirks and dated decor but it is well-kept and clean, with a friendly and welcoming staff. Tammy went above and beyond to make my stay memorable, and Alina was very kind. They offer a shuttle to the historic plaza downtown, and there's a pretty cool little indoor/outdoor pool and jacuzzi. The mattress was comfortable and I slept very well. If I'm in Santa Fe again, I know where I'm staying!

This hotel was dirty, damaged and disgusting. The carpet looked like it had never been cleaned, there was a damaged wall, holes in the curtains and a clogged shower that would not drain. Horrible experience. I would never return to this hotel.

Not bad
Just a one night stay didn’t go in the pools but seemed not too clean. But seemed pretty clean everywhere else in hotel. unfortunately the Kitchen wasnt working for hot food that was a disappointment bc we had no car.. but the people were friendly .. nice to have shuttle service to airport very early morning

All was very good. Super cozy bed and pillows. Nice breakfast.
One issue. There were Loud contractors on the floor above my room between 3p-8p. on Saturday night 4/19 unfortunately. The front desk helped and asked them to be quiet.

The staff were excellent! The room was solid and the pool / hot tub mediocre. The the general layout of the hotel was really nice!
