I booked here Sunday night. Right after dinner I followed my gps to the address. It put me in area of San Nicolas. I drove around for a hour looking for it but couldn’t find it. I reached out to the hotel but they didn’t answer there phone. I asked door people at nearby properties none of them heard of it. I got frustrated drove home. They refuse to refund the money on two rooms. Avoid this place at all costs. I’m not even sure if it exists. They are heartless. That don’t answer phone. Not emails when you need them.

Todo súper bien, el servicio estuvo genial . La tranquilidad y la comodidad de las instalaciones es de recalcar . La piscina y el jacuzzi funcionaron muy bien . Es primera vez que hago uso de una piscina de agua salada y la sensación fue muy bacana

Una experiencia maravillosa, las instalaciones son espectaculares y la atención del personal excelente. Nos quedamos en una habitación tipo Río y fue tal cuál como se ve en las fotos. Adicionalmente la comida deliciosa. Una gran escapada de fin de semana con mi esposa.

Me gustaría que tuviera la comida incluida así el costo de incremente me parece que es mejor para ya tener todo incluido en el plan y hacer un poco más agradable la estadía en el hotel, de resto todo fue muy agradable

En mi opinión, recomiendo que deberían o poner más opciones para desayuno y un menú más variado, también recomendaría manejar opciones de snacks como frutas, helados o mekatos para espacios entre comidas. Por lo demás un muy buen servicio y acogedor lugar
