Estuvimos en Nativa Refugio Escondido recientemente y, aunque el lugar es precioso y fiel a las fotos, y la comida realmente deliciosa, la atención que recibimos fue muy decepcionante. El personal que nos atendió no fue amable; se mostraron despectivos y con mala actitud en varias ocasiones. Tuvimos que llamarlos para todo, no estaban pendientes de las necesidades básicas de los huéspedes, y cada vez que pedíamos algo, nos respondían con mala cara, como si molestáramos. Nos sentimos incómodas, no bienvenidas y, sinceramente, rechazadas. Es muy triste que un sitio tan bonito se vea opacado por la falta de calidez y profesionalismo en la atención. No recomendaríamos este lugar a quienes valoran un trato humano y respetuoso.

Las instalaciones del hotel son hermosas, la comida es deliciosa y la atención es excelente, nos encantó la zona de la piscina a la sombra de un árbol muy agradable, la vista hacia el río y la montaña es muy linda, las habitaciones son muy cómodas, hay que manejar un rato por carretera destapada pero está en buenas condiciones y es fácil de llegar. Lo único malo es que desafortunadamente hay una cantera donde sacan piedra muy cerca al hotel y el ruido de las volquetas pasando y cargándose es bastante fuerte, lo que le resta paz al ambiente, afortunadamente fuimos de domingo a martes y solo nos tocó el ruido el martes en la mañana.

Superó ampliamente las expectativas. La amabilidad, magia y atención al detalle hacen este lugar maravilloso. Muy recomendado para una noche en pareja y de desconexión. Los espacios son hermosos y muy bien cuidado. A tener en cuenta que en semana hay trabajos en el sector entonces hay ruido pero las habitaciones son insonorizadas.

Qué delicia NATIVA!!!! El personal es súper querido, la locación increíble, los masajes espectaculares. Buena musiquita, comida deliciosa, todos los espacios súper acogedores . . . Definitivamente NATIVA es la mejor opción para descansar y estar en pareja . . . Muy recomendado!!

I booked here Sunday night. Right after dinner I followed my gps to the address. It put me in area of San Nicolas. I drove around for a hour looking for it but couldn’t find it. I reached out to the hotel but they didn’t answer there phone. I asked door people at nearby properties none of them heard of it. I got frustrated drove home. They refuse to refund the money on two rooms. Avoid this place at all costs. I’m not even sure if it exists. They are heartless. That don’t answer phone. Not emails when you need them.

Todo súper bien, el servicio estuvo genial . La tranquilidad y la comodidad de las instalaciones es de recalcar . La piscina y el jacuzzi funcionaron muy bien . Es primera vez que hago uso de una piscina de agua salada y la sensación fue muy bacana
