Nice hotel, recently built. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, good bedding. Close to the beach. But the atmosphere is very sad due to completely nonchalant staff. No service, nothing for breakfast even though there isn't much around. There is also a very noisy cockerel farm next door. We didn't stay there. Too bad, because it could be very good, with a little effort and management.

Very good low budget establishment, located 5 minutes walk from Santa Fe city center, and the main beach...the rooms are clean and of good size, very bright, with balcony, TV, air conditioning, desk.. .large bathroom...welcoming staff, the hotel offers breakfast and scooter rental.

I stayed here with friends and my daughter as we were visiting from NZ. This is a basic no frills hotel but was clean enough and our room with two double beds had a little outdoor patio perfect for drying clothes and swimwear. Staff made breakfast every morning for us at a cost which was served in the dining room. The air con in the room worked well and was much appreciated! There was one short power cut which lasted maybe 10 minutes. The location is good, a few streets away from the beach and easy to hail a tricycle (there was often one waiting outside) there was a good hot water pressure in the shower and the wifi was ok too. No mini fridge. Didn’t try the TV. I would recommend this hotel to others who are on a budget.
