Estube del 13 al 18 de octubre en un circuito con españa vision.A la llegada no habia aire acondicionado , pelos en la bañera, el techo del baño desconchado. Los colchones se clababan los muelles en los riñones. El 90% de los compañeros por no decir el 100%, se quejaron tambien. Por ejemplo hubo quien al meterse en la cama descubrio una mancha de sangre y tardaron dos dias en cambiarselas.Alejado del centro de Granada unos 10Km y la puerta del hotel a 10 metros de una autovia .Si quieres visitar el pueblecito de Santa Fe tienes que ir por el arcen de la autovia hasta la pasarela para cruzar a 500 metros. Impensable el recorrido para discapacitados. El taxi solo ida a Granada 30Euros. El buffet es de pena. No sabes si estas en un hotel o en un cuartel.. No se repone el alimento si se agota. Haber venido antes. Las habitaciones son la minima expresion de un 3 Estrellas. El aspecto de las instalaciones semeja el de un hotel antiguo. El personal no demuestra solicitud ni amabilidad.

Excellent service from the staff: I had a problem arriving at the hotel before they closed the reception (it is a hotel that does not have 24-hour service) and they could not have been more understanding, diligent and decisive. They made us feel better than at home. Thanks to all the staff and especially to Javier, at reception. The rooms are clean and spacious. The comfortable beds.

I have no words, we slept with our clothes on and the next day we disinfected everything we had and took a hot shower. We couldn't stay on the sheets because it was itchy. Behind the entrance door of the room there was dirt there for months and in the bathroom hair from those who had stayed before us and quite a few... It is not the first 4 star hotel in Spain that we find bed bases with mattresses, but without the structure of the bed…how did we end up!! Too bad because the reception and bar staff were very kind.

We stayed for two nights during our tour of Spain. It's on the side of the highway, far from the center, and there are no markets or restaurants around. The rooms are clean but there is no refrigerator. There was no hot water during our stay. When we wanted to talk about this issue, the behavior of the lady at the reception was harsh and unpleasant.

There is no refrigerator in the so-called 4-star room where I stayed with Adonis Tur for 2 nights last week. We arrived at the hotel at 11 at night and the automatic door was closed as if the hotel was abandoned. Then, when someone thought of it and swiped his card, it opened. My room card was damaged and I could not enter the room. There was not a single person, neither reception nor security nor room service. We tried for minutes. The guide searched a lot of places, including other hotels. He couldn't reach anyone. We had to stay in the room of other friends from the tour. I've never had anything like this happen to me in my life. I would never recommend it, it's a disgusting hotel, first of all there is no security.

Konumu iyi.4 yıldızlı bir otel ama 2 yıldızı ancak hak ediyor.Granada'da uygun fiyata iyi bir otel bulmak zor.Turla gittiğimiz için 1 gece konakladık.İyileştirmelere ihiyacı var.Kahvaltı idare eder.Wifi fena değil.Zorunlu olmadıkça kalmayın.Granada'daki otel işletmecileri birleşip otellerini yenilemek ve şartlarını daha iyi duruma getirmek için çalışmaları gerekiyor.

Sin dudas es un hotel sobrevalorado por su dirección, la entrada así como las habitaciones son correctas y están bien, pero fallan estrepitosamente en lo que ofrecen al cliente en relación al confort y comodidad. Las ventanas están mal insonorizadas, es un hotel de carretera y pegado a una autovía, los ruidos nocturnos de motos y coches son tremendos, pero hay más, está casi bajo la zona de salidas de aviones del aeropuerto y algunos aviones hacían temblar los cristales, pero aún hay más, durante los tres días que estuvimos alojados NO TUVIMOS AGUA CALIENTE. También el sábado sobre mediodía "les saltó los plomos", vamos tuvieron un corte en el suministro eléctrico y la puerta principal que es automática, quedó inutilizada y tuvimos que acceder al hotel a través del parking. Las habitaciones no cuentan con sistema de alumbrado de emergencia, los colchones son patéticos, como estés mucho rato de costado notarás como se te clavan los muelles. Personalmente creo que cuando un negocio tiene un problema, sus dueños o responsables están muy interesados en solucionarlos así que les dí un voto de confianza a pesar de la mala prensa que tienen, pero tengo que reconocer que me equivoqué totalmente al contratarlos, al dueño, director o responsable del hotel le importa un bledo lo que están ofreciendo y sobre todo, le importa un bledo el cliente. Así que si piensas hacer una reserva de hotel en Santa Fé o cercanías, agota cualquier alternativa que tengas, incluso en un camping vas a disponer de agua caliente. Ni que decir tiene que les he presentado una Hoja de Reclamaciones que ha sido debidamente tramitada. Lo del problema con el agua caliente es algo ya comentado por otros usuarios, lo más grave del asunto es que ningún momento, ni durante la reserva ni en el check-in nos advirtieron de eso y es algo que los empleados saben perfectamente por lo que solo caber pensar que engañan al cliente deliberadamente, la falta de agua caliente es un problema antiguo y que ellos conocen perfectamente, pero nadie nos dijo nada, no fue una avería sobrevenida, al entrar en la habitación fue lo único que comprobé, así que por mucha corrección que tuvieron "a posteriori" en la recepción, ellos también me engañaron. SI VAS POR ALLÍ Y TE ALOJAS, SERÁ TU PROBLEMA, ESTÁS AVISADO.
