We found the hotel to be very good. Excellent facilities and good services. From the breakfast terrace to the details in the room. And excellent treatment from the staff. Very attentive.

Went to hotel on half board, the hotel was clean and in a good location. We paid an extra £500 for half board. Half board evening dining experience was abysmal, 6 people on first night then 4 people on night 2. The set menu was the same every night , resulting in us eating out for the remainder of our break. The hotel when full has the potential for 260+ guests but only has 70 beds around the pool, you can do your own maths. You receive complimentary water in your room everyday, but don't ask at the bar for ice for your room, they won't give it to you unless you buy a drink. This resulted in us paying 2 euros for a bag of ice from a local shop, unbelievable. This should not be advertised as a 4* hotel. We will go back to Santa Eulalia, it's a lovely resort, but we will choose a different place to stay.

Wonderful stay – we’ll be back! Stayed here on a mother-daughter trip and we both absolutely loved it. The service was amazing. Every member of staff went out of their way to help. Special shout out to Laura who was just briliant - so knowledgable and helpful! The breakfasts were delicious, the location was ideal (easy walking distance to everything), and we loved the chilled, friendly vibe around the pool. Couldn’t fault it – already planning our return!

i love this hotel,stayed there 4 times,the location is great,the hotel itself everything you want,BUT i have one small complaint,after a full day at the pool decided to go back to the room,i asked at the bar if i could have a small glass with a couple ice cube to take to the room to use with a drink from the mini bar,i was REFUSED,after i pushed and pushed the bar man gave me 2 cubes to take with me,i just thought hope petty,its not a cheap hotel and they objected to a couple ice cubes

All the breakfast was cold eggs bacon I had Complained but was a waist of time they just turned away reception staff very helpful room was ok but the drinks inside the fridge very expensive we were supposed to have a garden views what we saw was a massive car park would never stop there again on a 1 to 10 scale it gets a 2 July 14 2025

Hotel is modern and rooms are clean with reasonable facilities. However, it’s the first hotel we have stayed in worldwide where bar staff are instructed not to supply any ice - except inside a drink. It’s our first.time at this hotel and probably the last.

They should clearly state it is an adults only hotel. Booked a holiday with my daughter and these didn’t even have any child friendly meals on the menu. We couldn’t order a snack or anything. She wasn’t allowed to play in the pool with her float. Very misleading information and huge disappointment for us. Would have not booked if they had been clear on their website. Also rooms are cheap for premium prices
