Hotel Tres Torres

I would rate this hotel a 3* at a push was so glad we stayed just b&b and not half board the hot buffet breakfast was cold they had broccoli as a choice one morning then another time green beans mixed with mushrooms must of been left overs from the previous evening it would have been nice to have had omelettes and pancakes, the pool area was small and overlooked the pool bar was expensive, music that was being played was typical 1980s Ibiza trance music, there were no had rails to get in and out of the pool, the lounge was empty every evening drinks there were expensive cheaper to go to a restaurant in the marina, the doors at the entrance to the hotel had doormats which were tatty and curled up at the sides a hazard, the whole hotel had no atmosphere probably needs a good management team especially in the kitchen, the resort was very nice shops marina and plenty of places to eat

3rd time back and would return again. Location is perfect and the hotel is really chilled this time of year. Staff are all so lovely. Rooms remain lovely with comfy bed and amazing house keeping. standard of cleaning is high but it's time to invest in the bathrooms. Communal areas are very nice but leaving the quality of the rooms and bathrooms behind now.

Very nice hotel on the edge of main town overlooking the marina. Staff were very friendly especially Jessica who greeted us with a nice smile every day even when some guests were moody. Cleaning staff were very efficient cleaning every day of our 10 night stay. Only criticism was that the breakfast was always served Luke warm. Will be back though.

Returned to Tres Torres twice now in October - clearly lots of other people do the same. Clean hotel, friendly welcoming staff, smells lovely ! The location is ideal at end of marina but quiet enough away from the noise. Pool area excellent and bed reservation is effective - You can’t reserve beds and if you attempt to and then leave them your belongings will be removed. This system works and as a result there were always beds available. Breakfast large if not sometimes peculiar selections but something for everyone (but no beans !!) Only slight issue is drainage and plumbing. Last few stays same where sink won’t drain and you can hear other rooms plumbing gurgling. Overall a pleasant stay and would return.

I was given room 127 upon check in and on the first night there was a shocking gushing / crashing sound coming from the bathroom area. The next morning I complained to reception who stated they would get an engineer to come and inspect and if they couldn’t resolve the issue they would move me to a new room. This they did and I moved to room 409. This was even WORSE !! Room 409 the air conditioning was making a terrible noise, there was a loud drone coming from behind the headboard and the reading light was flickering next to the bed. Again, I complained to the staff who were lovely but did absolutely nothing about it. I did say I cant be bothered moving rooms AGAIN but nothing was even done about it, no communication or explanation nothing. Not good enough. Also unlike last year, there is now LOUD music round the pool area. Why I just don’t know as it is not that sort of hotel. Its mainly an older clientele who were all complaining about the music. Finally, I also overheard other guests complaining about the rooms at reception. Please can this be taken onboard as the hotel is deteriorating rapidly which is such a shame. Dad is 92 and last year everything was great for him, but that was sadly not the case this year. He was in room 102 and I was placed in room 409 and I was worried all holiday in case he needed me. Very very disappointed. PLEASE look into this. We wont be staying at the Tres Torres next year, we’re going down the road to the Catalonia.

We have just returned from a week holiday at this hotel as a couple with a young 7 month old baby. The hotel is lovely and we really liked the pool and outside bar area. There were plenty of sun-beds and never too busy which was great for our little girl to have a crawl around. The drinks were good but on the pricey side when compared to other places close by. I would say the clientele was mainly couples but with a young baby it was a really great hotel. All the staff were really friendly and made us feel very welcome. I see on previous reviews about rude members of staff but we had the opposite experience and found all the staff lovely! The hotel is in a great location right on the marina with a number of bars and restaurants very close by. We also walked to the beach one day which was a nice cove if you turn left out the hotel you can walk along a coastal path to a bit of a quieter beach which was lovely. We had a sea view room which was nice- slightly small with the travel cot up but plenty of room for what we needed. Breakfast was nice with lots of selection- previous reviews have said about the breakfast being cold but we didn’t have this problem. Can’t comment on food in the evening as we stayed in bed and breakfast basis and went out for evening meals to the plenty of restaurants in walking distance. Overall we would recommend this hotel and thank all the staff for a lovely first holiday away with our baby :-)
