Great hotel! Staffs are very attentive and welcoming. Very sweet welcome treats in the room. The spa is quite nice but some parts can be a bit outdated. Overall positive experience and would visit again!

We’ve been here for 5 hours and our room is still not ready. We contacted the hotel in advance to inform them we would be arriving very early, since flights from Frankfurt are constantly being cancelled and rescheduled for 5 a.m. They said they would do their best, but we haven’t seen any real effort from the staff to speed up the process. Only two receptionists have been friendly — all the others have been rude and unhelpful, giving us no information. The staff at the restaurant by the pool, however, have been lovely and the food is delicious. We are here with two children, and I’ve already seen many other guests complaining. Lots of people are waiting around the pool with no idea of what’s going on. Ibiza has many wonderful hotels with impeccable service. Don’t make the mistake of coming to this hotel. It’s definitely not a 5-star experience! It’s a shame, but this hotel has serious management issues and is simply not worth it.

Very disappointed at complete lack of follow up regarding an expensive item we left in our hotel room. I realised only a few hours after we left and contacted the hotel via email, I recieved no response. My husband has been calling repeatedly for days and asking for a manager and has been told he will be called back and absolutely nothing has been done. As aware as we are that our valuables are our own responsibility it is shocking to think that because something was left behind we should just forget about it. Be very careful not to forget anything as clearly the hotel believe in finders keepers and have no duty of care towards their guests once they vacate the hotel. Not even so much as a courtesy call to say they didn't find the item. We know exactly where it was left so where is it and what has been done to look into this ?

Dit is geen vijfsterrenhotel. Ruime kamer (wij hadden luxe kamer) met zicht op haven, maar er was muffe geur. Lakens voelde klam aan. Wij hebben dit meerdere keren gemeld maar dit werd niet opgelost. Er werd meegedeeld dat ze op de hoogte waren van het probleem dat met het badkamersysteem te maken had. Ze hebben zelfs erkend dat wij niet de eerste waren die hierover klachten hadden. Maar toch wordt er niets aan gedaan… Bij thuiskomst alle kleren kunnen wassen, muffe geur van kamer zat in kleren. Ook aantal keren voor handdoeken moeten vragen die niet waren aangevuld. Verder is alles in hotel verouderd (tegels liggen los, kussens aan zwembad vuil etc). Mooie rooftop met zwembad. Maar er te weinig plaats, opent om 11u, als je niet om 11u daar bent, geen plaats. Rooftop restaurant wel goed met mooi zicht. Manicure/pedicure was zeer goed.

Been coming for many years. This time paid highest room rate ever paid, only find on arrival breakfast not included. Very disappointing. Plus 2 power cuts, poor refills of team and coffee in room no English. news channel. Hotel looking a bit old and tired, loose steps by the pool, very dangerous many guests commented on this. A couple of staff abrupt it's wasn't the five star experience we're used to. I will be putting an appropriate review on trip advisor. Many thanos

Horrible hotel. We stayed over night and had 7 days left and exited the hotel after night 1. They still had the nerve to charge us 700 for the night. Hotel is not 5 stars. Maybe 2. It’s so hot there is no ac and it’s 1 hour away from anything. Avoid this hotel at all costs!

Absoluut geen 5 sterren waard. Enige wat echt prima was, is het ontbijt. Kamers werden slecht schoon gemaakt. Strand/zwembad handdoeken moesten we 2x meer dan een half uur op wachten in de ochtend, want die waren nog niet gebracht. Terwijl het al 10 uur was geweest. Flesjes water werden niet aangevuld op de kamer. We zouden hier zeker niet nog een keer naar toe gaan.
