Enjoyed our stay
It was a beautiful hotel and restaurants. The breakfast was very good.lots of good, safe parking.

Horrible servicio 0. No tienen organización ni preparación. Habitaciones te duchas con agua fría, el secador no se puede enchufar, la piscina sucia y el desayuno asqueroso, te ponen la comida que ha sobrado de ayer, no hay mermelada, si se termina algo se ponen a cocinar más y tú esperando, no puedes servirte tú así que esperas mucho y si pides para beber zumo te lo trae cuando estás terminando. Abajo pizzeria para cenar, te dicen que has pedido 2 platos y era 1, se equivocaron como es normal, y te dice; tú has pedido 2 y ahora quien lo va a pagar, PATETICO

PARK HOTEL in Coban Guatemala is a very pleasant place to stay. You are 30 minutes from Coban, from San Juan Chamelco and other places of interest as the ponds of Semuc Champey. The hotel ya very clean, comfortable and the attendants go out of their way to assist you in any way.

We loved the staff, they were all amazing. The restaurants and food were all great. Walking the property to see the animals, flowers and landscaping was outstanding. Outside the property didn’t feel so safe.

Hotel très éloigné de tout avec avec des chambres banales sans commodités. De plus il faisait frais dans les chambres sans chauffage. Le wifi ne fonctionnait pas dans notre chambre. L'accueil est irrespectueux et en nous donnant les clés on nous a fait remarquer qu'il ne fallait pas faire de tâches sur les draps et les serviettes de toilettes.!!!!!!!!! Nous étions un groupe et mauvaise surprise le lendemain pour des soi-disant problèmes dans deux chambres : 1 pour une odeur de cigarette (facturée 100 $) alors qu il s agissait d'un couple non fumeur et une autre pour une petite tache sur une serviette avec facturation aussi. Après avoir crier au scandale et tergiverser de très très longues minutes, nous avons pu partir sans régler ses prétendus suppléments (nous étions 30 à la réception!) . Compte tenu des précédents avis il semblerait que cet hotel soit coutumier d'arnaquer ses clients!!!

Voyage en groupe Bel hôtel mais politique anti-commerciale. Ils chipotent pour une petite tâche sur une serviette ou une odeur de cigarette ou de moisissure déjà présente avant l'arrivée d'un couple non fumeur. Ne vous laissez pas faire s'ils vous réclament un supplément. Un peu de bruit sur la route. Pas de verre dans la chambre Sol très froid dans les chambres Pas de porteur de valise le matin
