HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE EVER So I booked this hotel for 2 night. 6/6/25 6/8/25. My son was participating in the soccer tournament at the beach. So I called in to tell them I was going to arrive late, I'm driving 5hrs to get to this place. I got there around 1:50 - 2 am tired and ready to sleep because we had to be at the tournament registration by 6:30 -7 the latest. I checked in and everything was normal. When it was time for us to park. We have a truck right it was very hard to get in the tiny parking spots I only had 2 options. Took us around 10 mins to park. Then take our things out and put other stuff we had in the truck max 20 mins in the parking. We go up to the room 206 to be exact. The room was dirty the bed was a mess. I checked the restroom and the towel were used and everything. So I called the the people unchanged. The lady there tells me that the room is clean and that she has no more rooms. So she clicked on me. We put our stuff inside the room to talk down the lobby/office or little window. The lady said that the rooms are cleaned and that she can not help me. I insisted that the room is dirty so she and her husband or the guy there with her walked to the room with us and looks at the room. The crazy lady started to scream at me telling me I was lying. That it was me who dirty the room. She pointed out that 20 mins had passed and I didn't call her and that why were my things inside the room. I proceeded to explained to her the parking situation. She continued to scream at me and talking in her language. I got so irritated that I told her to cancel my reservation that I would go look somewhere else. She continued scream that I was a liar. So she walked down stairs to her office we followed. She kept telling me it was my fault because I was late and that it was me who dirty the room. And kept mentioning 20 minutes. She was mad that even the guy who was with her was screaming at her. My husband told the guys to check his cameras that we weren't lying. We look at the room and came out fast and that we struggle to park our truck. Finally she decided to give us a new room. When she mentioned she had no more rooms. So we went to our new room 202. The next day we left around 6:20 am to the soccer tournament and went back for like 20 mins to get some stuff we forgot and left again we weren't back until something or 3 pm. Mind you we are tired. The room key doesn't open the room. My husband went down stairs to get it fixed. The crazy lady comes up with him and pulls the maids who were cleaning other rooms and tells them I was the liar who said the room was dirty. The ladies proceeded to ask. What was wrong with the room. I told them and showed them pictures. The ladies apologized and said that they missed the room by accident and the crazy lady started to scream again saying I was lying. She was screaming so much that one of the maids told her come down, and she responded with I don't calm down and kept calling me a liar. Then she walked down
