Teide National Park and Siam Park, a water park, are additional entertainment options for guests. We provide a comfortable selection of soundproof rooms. All 64 rooms have free Wi-Fi and a comfortable lounge area and some rooms have a queen size bed. Upgrade to one of our larger rooms and make use of the tea and coffeemaker, and the sofa bed. A breakfast buffet is served daily with made-to-order hot dishes available on request. The NH Tenerife also has an in-house restaurant serving Mediterranean dishes and also provides guests with room service throughout their stay. The day I stayed there happened to be the Three Wise Men's Day, so there was a festival going on outside all night, and the hotel room's soundproofing was insufficient. However, if there was no festival, I don't think it would be a problem. Also, when I arrived in the evening, the parking lot was already full, so I parked in a nearby parking lot for a fee. Parking lots cannot be reserved, so if you want to park, it's better to check in early. Considering the location and cleanliness, I was very grateful to be able to stay at such a reasonable price!

The hotel is in an excellent location and the reception staff are extremely helpful. We felt very comfortable from the beginning. Breakfast is somewhat limited, but everything is of very good quality. It was an incredible experience.

Great location and comfortable beds, can't comment as we didn't use the breakfast or food available. There was a roof top party very late on Saturday night, super noisy until after 2am and could be heard in our room (on the top floor) sadly, otherwise this was a great hotel visit.

Siempre que tengo la oportunidad de volver a Santa Cruz de Tenerife lo hago a este NH, muy céntrico, con una excelente atención por parte de todas las personas que tienen algún tipo de responsabilidad en el mismo, desde la recepción hasta la cafetería, servicio de habitaciones, la dirección, etc. Siempre a la altura de lo que puede pedirse en un hotel de sus características.

Habitaciones muy limpias y bastantes amplias para una pareja, mobiliario acogedor, cama y almohadas cómodas . Personal simpático en recepción. El desayuno bufet muy completo fruta, embutidos, bollería, zumos, café, infusiones etc. con el trato de camareros con un atención inmejorable. Me quedo totalmente satisfecha con la estancia.
