There are so many fixtures in the room so you do not have enough space to feel comfortable. Service of the employees is really poor and unprofessional, when you ask a question they reply with sarcasm, they are not helpful. One of the first hotels I have been that do not offer a microwave service if needed or they charged you to use a small room 30€ per hour.
If you can, go to the Hotel Taburiente which is few minutes away

In addition to the large size of the suite, there is no service and quality worth looking forward to. The hotel is located in a remote location with a one-way street in front of the door, making it inconvenient to get in and out. There is no sense of service or smile at the front desk. The two people are chatting all the time, even if you have been standing in front of them for a long time. I booked a suite. If I live in such a remote area and don't make the room larger, it will really be useless. The breakfast was too simple, with very few hot dishes. One customer picked up a plate of papaya and never received a replacement. The fruit plate remained empty. The restaurant was in a dark underground space and had a musty smell. There is a swimming pool in the hotel, but there are a lot of fallen leaves and no one is swimming. I checked out quickly after two nights.

The colon hotel was very good. Wide bed. Bathroom with large shower. The man at the reception was very kind. we did not have breakfast included. The pool was fine. In general Recommended.

Hemos ido a tomarnos unas copas y la verdad que el personal de recepción fue muy amable y correcto, nos dijeron que podíamos pasar a tomarnos algo sin problema gracias Daniel y Natalia por su amabilidad, he de destacar que al estar en la sala interna de la terraza disfrutamos de la amabilidad y profesionalidad de los camareros que fueron rápidos y amables, lo que no nos agrado tanto fue que el aire acondicionado estuviese apagado nosotros notamos demasiado el calor pero al ver a los camareros cuando nos servían es horroroso el calor que pasan, se les notaba el malestar del calor y algunos incluso se les veía el sudor a la legua, deberían de tener el aire conectado en el tiempo que se está dando el servicio

L'hotel si trova nel quartiere art deco di Santa cruz, un quartiere molto bello e a 4 passi dal parco Garcia Sanabria. La struttura e' molto bella e l'entrata con il bar con un ambiente elegante e molto sobrio. Le stanze con dimensioni amplie e molto luminose, chissà i mobili un po disconnessi dal contesto e da cambiare pero la qualità del sonno molto buona: l'unica pecca per cui non do 5 stelle e' la rumorosità del traffico esterno (gli infissi e le finestre non sono spesse e quindi si ascolta tutto) e a partire dalle 6 anche i canarini. Staff eccellente, molto professionale e friendly: Eneko e Sabrina grandissimi lavoratori e gentilissimi in tutti i momenti, lo staff in generale sempre pronto a dare risposte e soluzioni. La colazione molto ricca e completa, davvero si trova di tutto e di gran qualita. Il ristorante Jarana all'interno del ristorante propone piatti rivisitati e unici. Un esperienza davvero positiva. L'hotel ha una bellissima piscina e un garage interno (a pagamento) che completano l'esperienza positiva. Il wifi sempre accessibile pero forse un poco lento, tutto il resto molto soddisfatto. Direi un hotel di riferimento a santa cruz. Grazie!

If you are looking for a comfortable hotel in Santa Cruz de Tenerife which is comfortable and well managed this is a good choice. Despite the attractive swimming pool and garden, this is not a 'resort' hotel but a quiet hotel in the very smartest and quietest part of town. Our room, 303, was one of the nicest rooms I've stayed in for a while for the price. Very spacious, comfortable king bed, and a reasonable size balcony overlooking the pool. The bathroom is fine, with a rainfall shower with plenty of pressure. There is a restaurant, but with a Michelin restaurant (Etereo) 10 minutes walk away across a park, and several Tripadvisor recommended places also in walking distance, in honesty there are better places to eat. The hotel breakfast was very good. Recommended stay
