In addition to the large size of the suite, there is no service and quality worth looking forward to. The hotel is located in a remote location with a one-way street in front of the door, making it inconvenient to get in and out. There is no sense of service or smile at the front desk. The two people are chatting all the time, even if you have been standing in front of them for a long time. I booked a suite. If I live in such a remote area and don't make the room larger, it will really be useless. The breakfast was too simple, with very few hot dishes. One customer picked up a plate of papaya and never received a replacement. The fruit plate remained empty. The restaurant was in a dark underground space and had a musty smell. There is a swimming pool in the hotel, but there are a lot of fallen leaves and no one is swimming. I checked out quickly after two nights.

The colon hotel was very good. Wide bed. Bathroom with large shower. The man at the reception was very kind. we did not have breakfast included. The pool was fine. In general Recommended.

Nous avons passé 3 nuits dans cet hôtel situé dans un beau quartier de Santa Cruz, pas très éloigné du centre commercial et des restaurants. Chambre vue piscine tout confort avec un excellent éclairage, y compris dans la salle de bain. Airco silencieux. Excellent petit-déjeuner de produits frais et de qualité. Personnel de l'accueil et du petit-déjeuner très professionnel, serviable et souriant. Nous avons eu la possibilité de louer un emplacement de parking pour 11€/jour, ce qui n'est pas négligeable à Santa Cruz. Belle piscine dont l'eau était testée quotidiennement.

The hotel was good, great location and really helpful staff. The pool was great and so was the availability of deck chairs. The breakfast was good and quite diverse (everyone could find sth). My room was huge and the shower had a lot of pressure. Over all great experience.

Our experience is /was lovely! Although we had to wait a little for our room, as we were early, staff made us feel very welcome, Each night we sat in the bar area called Jarana, we had a bottle of wine suggested and served by a lovely happy smiling young guy called Juanma! Such a lovely happy guy, you could ever wish for to meet and serve you! Top Marks!

Regrese al hotel hace unos días para hacerme nuevamente un masaje ya que el primero a mi esposa y a mí, nos había gustado mucho y debo decir que esta vez fue aún mejor, música relajante, ambiente fresco y motivante y por supuesto la impecable profesionalidad y conocimientos de la masajista. Recomiendo sin duda los masajes en ese lugar y en particular a la profesional que me trabajó.

Located within walking distance from the port area, shops and restaurants. Sadly, we were disappointed with our rooms that were small and in need of updating, No pool view or balcony making the room feel smaller and dark. The pool is located within a beautiful well maintained garden. Lifeguard is present and provided guests with sun beds and towels. We were half board, breakfast was limited but sufficient. Evening meal was disappointing, limited options for children and small portions. We eat out several evenings and occasionally ordered food to the hotel. Santa Cruz is a lovely place to visit with friendly locals who are keen to engage with tourists.

Nos gustó mucho este hotel, fue el último en el que nos hospedamos en nuestro viaje y el mejor de todos. La habitación era moderna y bonita. El trato del servicio fue excelente y la chica que nos recibió a la hora de hacer el check in fue un encanto y nos lo explicó todo a la perfección. La piscina es una maravilla y la temperatura del agua es genial. Si viviésemos allí repetiríamos seguro

La estancia en el hotel fue maravillosa, el trato dado por todo el personal increíble y en especial el dado por el personal del restaurante. Mil gracias a Yasi, Davinia, Sara por el magnífico trato que nos dieron y por estar siempre pendiente de que todo estuviera bien y los detalles que tuvieron con nuestra hija. Gracias también a la socorrista y al personal de recepción. La habitación muy cómoda y limpia al igual que el resto de las instalaciones.
