We have stayed for 1 night. Staff is very helpful. Hotel is clean. Hotel location is also good. We pay 12€ for breakfast. Breakfast itself is very poor but delicious. There is no sleepers in the room so after bathroom you have to walk on cold floor 🥲

Hotel ben posizionato, pulito e personale cordiale. Semplicemente un po datato ma va bene. Eliminerei le vasche da bagno, con le docce, che a mio parere sono poco funzionali e scomode. Con una bella rimordernata sarebbe il top. Cmq promosso.

Posizione ottima, la pulizia della stanza eccellente. La camera che ci è stata assegnata è piccola, ma confortevole e il bagno è abbastanza grande. Il set "linea cortesia" fornito comprende anche spazzolino e dentifricio. Il concierge che ci ha accolto è stato molto gentile e professionale

Hotel obsoleto. Insonorización nula. Centro comercial a la entrada de la recepción. Céntrico sin parking. Desayuno malísimo y caro. Te realizan facturas falsas poniendo una comunidad diferente a la Canaria para no aplicar el descuento de residente. En fin… si vas a Santa Cruz de Tenerife hay muchos hoteles mejores que este y más baratos.

Dans la chambre on entend tout ce qu’il se passe dans l’hôtel et même à l’extérieur.
Le petit-déjeuner n’était pas bon du tout. J’ai pris une assiette d’oeuf brouillé avec saucisse et bacon et la saucisse était à peine cuite (limite crue)…
