Simplesmente adoramos a estadia. Estava preocupada com a questão dos mosquitos que seria o único problema para mim, mas não os encontrei. O exposis voltou para casa cheio. Fora isso a pousada é charmosa! Restaurante funciona a noite e de dia tem a barraca na praia para passar o dia naquele dolce-far-niente. Sem aquelas músicas de axé que enchem a cabeça da gente. Nunca tinha me hospedado em Santo André, mas tornou-se meu destino favorito agora. E na Araticum. Staff afável!

A pousada é linda e a satisfação começou com o contato inicial com Jussara que foi super gentil. Letícia e Alana também são muito atenciosas! No bar da praia os funcionários, em especial Gilson, Patrícia e Ivan, com os quais tive mais contato, são maravilhosos! As suites são lindas, de muito bom gosto e sempre arrumadinhas. Só tenho a agradecer. Muito admirada com cada detalhe!

A pousada é muito confortável e pé na areia,os funcionários simpáticos mas deveriam estar mais coordenados, fazer a reserva diretamente na foi fácil. A barraca de praia deveriam investir em mais um funcionário e na qualidade aumentando um pouco os valores. O quarto é a cama muito boa preço qualidade fantástico até achamos barato

Pousada gostosa, ótima localização em frente a praia. Bar da pousada que serve a praia e a piscina, muito prático. Para ir para o rio e para a vila, onde tem os restaurantes, tem que andar cerca de 1,4 km, mas é plano e tranquilo. Café da manhã bem gostoso, mas um funcionário é que pega tudo o que escolhemos no Buffet - o que achamos chato. Funcionários não são os mais bem humorados... Mas gostamos bastante e voltaríamos!

We loved all the landscaping with lush greenery made our room feel very private and beautiful. The hammock was great for relaxing. De inside decor is dated.
Room service was bizarre. We could tell that our room was service but only the because the bed was partially made, or the bathroom mat changed, or a towel rack placed on the room, or a dead flower removed. It was strange and each day a surprise.

Os dias que passamos na pousada Araticum foram especiais. Tudo realizado com muito cuidado e carinho. Agradeço a todos os colaboradores que foram sempre muito gentis e prestativos. Só tenho elogios, em especial para o Alex que prepara as delícias do café da manhã e as meninas, nos atendendo sempre com um sorriso no rosto. Além de todo cuidado e perfume do quarto.

Passei uma semana nesse local. Serviço de praia muito bom, atendimento do Gilson, espetacular. Tira gostos e bebidas servidas na praia a um preço justo. Pousada pé na areia, praia com mar de água morna e tranquilidade total. Café da manhã muito bom, com 9 tipos de tapioca feitas na hora. Os alimentos são servidos pelos funcionários do hotel, o que ao meu ver é importante para o controle de possíveis contaminações dos alimentos. Os quartos são bons, tudo funcionando bem, a ducha do chuveiro poderia ser um pouco melhor. O quarto família tem beliche, eu particularmente não gosto. Oferece aluguel de bike. Local muito agradável. Indico e pretendo voltar

O local é muito bom, os quartos apesar de um pouco defasados são confortáveis e tudo funcionou. O atendimento é maravilhoso. Todos , sem excessão foram super atenciosos, educados e prestativos. A alimentação é muito boa. O serviço de praia é ótimo
