Hotel with extremely old, outdated, neglected facilities, rooms with ugly colors, awful curtains, old locks, they have an old, useless A/C unit still installed in the rooms in the window (yes, there is modern A/C unit installed) but they should remove the old one, it gives a very bad impression, ugly windows, ugly wooden beds that rattle a lot and are quite uncomfortable, they need to update them urgently, there is a "suite" that has a king-size bed (two beds together) and half of it is completely warped, generally very outdated rooms, outdated bathrooms, poor quality and presentation faucets, dirty showers, very poor service in the restaurant, good service at reception, what it does have is a very good location very close to Plaza Los Mangos, mainly during the Typical Festivals, which makes it try to compensate for all its other deficiencies.
