Beware of this hotel - My flight to Madeira couldn’t land due to harsh weather conditions shutting down the airport which i informed the hotel about on the day-of yet they refused to cancel my booking or approve a refund and still took my money.. Any other reasonable hotel would make an exception for a natural disaster and not choose greed over customer support.

We arrived in the middle of the night by Taxi from the airport and got nevertheless a warm welcome by the 24/7 reception staff. Checkin process was fast an easy.
The room was quiet spacious and modern, the next morning we had a great breakfast and the rooftop pool is stunning.

Où sont les 4 étoiles? Confort limité! Pas de bouilloire en chambre. Eau payante. Bruyant. Peu de service. Donc deception. Par contre les employés sont très agréable. Peu donc beaucoup mieux faire. Je recommenderai à l agence de changer d hôtel.

En bout de piste de l'aeroport donc ultra bruyant... Confort sommaire peu de place pour se bouger a 2 Notre chambre avait vie sur la route au 1 étage à 2m des voitures garées Service minimum et peu aimable Restaurant tristounet petit dej mediocre Je ne recommande pas

We stayed here at the beginning of our walking holiday for 2 nights. What a great location. We dined out the first night and there were plenty lovely restaurants to choose from. The 2nd night our dinner was included. Our rooms were 5 steps from the fabulous pool which was a welcome treat after our walk. We ordered pack lunches and these were super.

Booked this place for 2 nights, total including breakfast £119. I was just out of hospital in Portugal having operation for stomach cancer. Before flight home to England. Put me and my son in horrible room small window facing a wall. Complained so changed room. I had medication from hospital that needed to be kept cold,. The fridge in the room did not work, ask for replacement fridge, which arrived next day,. Not kettle for making tea/coffee, very basic room Sorry we didn't book better hotel in area for cheaper price When checking out, reception staff charge me for , water and bedroom tax, I said I haven't had any water, and Agoda price of £118 was total. No extra to pay. Staff insisted I had to pay, I was in so much pain still with operation for cancer, I just paid extra rippoff charge they ask for I only way I can get some Solis on this hotel is to warn people to avoid this place like the plaig and not to book here. The pictures look lovely, but trust me not the same when you arrive there (scam). Left a bitter taste with me. Horrible old staff, just want your money and not polite about it. I had cancer removed from my stomach, and was glad to remove myself from this so called hotel ( what a joke). Should hang there heads in shame.

Ein tolles, nicht zu großes Hotel in der sehr schönen Kleinstadt - Santa Cruz. Wer abseits vom Massentourismus schöne Tage auf Madeira verbringen möchte, findet hier genau das Richtige! Saubere Zimmer, ein sehr gutes Restaurant (Frühstück und Abendessen) und sehr nette Mitarbeiter. Lediglich der Fitnessraum ist etwas klein geraten, dafür der Pool richtig gut.

Das Hotel liegt Fußläufig von der Promenade und dem Strand von Santa Cruz entfernt. Unser Zimmer war sauber und das Bett bequem. Das Essen abends im Restaurant war super. Das Hotel hat unseren Transfer zum Flughafen perfekt organisiert und das Taxi war morgens pünktlich am Hotel um uns zum Flughafen zu bringen. Empfehlenswert.

Hotel molto comodo per l'aeroporto (3 minuti in taxi, costo circa 8 euro). Camere silenziose (a parte la ventola del frigobar) e spaziose. Nella mia la pulizia era migliorabile e c'era odore di chiuso. A colazione c'è un piccolo buffet dolce/ salato ma la sala non è adeguatamente ventilata. La piscina e il solarium sono carini ma il sole arriva solo in tarda mattinata. A 30 metri dall'hotel c'è un minimarket mentre il centro del paese e la spiaggia sono a 5 minuti a piedi. Attenzione alla spiaggia: ci sono sassi piuttosto grossi e,per prendere il sole, bisogna trovare libera una tavola di legno su cui sdraiarsi. Prezzo onesto. Ho particolarmente apprezzato il fatto che l'acqua del minibar costasse il giusto (1 euro per la bottiglia grande).
