Sono 10 anni che con la mia famiglia passo le vacanze in Trentino, ogni volta in un posto diverso ma sempre in family hotel, e questo è sicuramente un posto in cui ritornare. Ha tutto quel che serve: piscina, saune tra cui quella x famiglie molto apprezzata da mia figlia di 8 anni, ottima cucina, bellissimo giardino esterno, palestra e soprattutto un mini club che è riuscito a coinvolgere e far divertire anche mio figlio “grande”, di 10 anni, che in precedenza non si è mai fatto lasciare volentieri con gli animatori. I ragazzi del mini club: Carlo, Pia, Alessia, Aurora, Serena e Eleonora, ci hanno permesso di goderci a pieno la settimana passata con loro organizzando per i bambini attività molto interessanti per loro come gita al maso, Masterchef, pigiama party, tornei di biliardino e molte altre cose dalla mattina alla sera! Mai invadenti ma coinvolgenti al punto giusto! Ottime le escursioni con la guida Silvio, tutte fattibili anche da bambini ma che danno soddisfazione anche agli adulti , e molto gentile e simpatico anche il personale della sala tra cui ricordo Gabriele, Lucy, Antonio e Eugenia che erano sempre pronti a esaudire ogni richiesta ciò sorriso! Ci siamo sentiti tutti accolti come a casa nostra e non vediamo l’ora di tornare!

Abbiamo trascorso una vacanza fantastica presso questo hotel! La struttura è moderna e pulita, le camere sono comode e il servizio è stato impeccabile. La posizione è perfetta per esplorare la zona. Il punto di forza della struttura Villa Dumbo: capo animatore Carlo, cordiale e simpatico, è sempre disponibile a raccogliere le richieste dei bambini insieme alle sue coordinatrici Pia, Alessia, Serena, Eleonora e Aurora. Il team di animazione ha reso la nostra vacanza ancora più speciale per i bambini! Grazie mille per la bellissima esperienza!

Per il dodicesimo anno consecutivo sono stato con mia moglie presso il Family Hotel Posta. Per dieci anni sono venuti anche i nostri nipoti (da quando avevano 5 anni). Siamo stati benissimo ed abbiamo tanti bei ricordi con loro. Ora continuiamo a venire da soli perché ci sono tanti bambini che fanno allegria. Grazie a tutto lo staff Carlo Zanatta

Siamo appena rientrati da una settimana meravigliosa passata al Family Hotel Posta, non abbiamo che ricordi positivi, un’atmosfera familiare, attenta pulizia e un personale pronto ad ogni evenienza. Vorrei ringraziare di cuore la cara Mary che ha avuto sempre un sorriso verso i miei figli,vorrei dire grazie anche ad Antonio per la sua infinita pazienza, alla bontà di Carlo, la precisione di Leo ed a tutti i sorrisi di Gabriele. Torneremo sicuramente con la speranza di rivedere tutti!

È il nostro secondo soggiorno al Family Hotel Posta e anche stavolta abbiamo trascorso una settimana che porteremo tra i ricordi più belli. L’atmosfera che si respira è familiare e accogliente, tutto il personale cerca di farti stare bene, dai camerieri in sala (Antonio e Gabriele davvero gentili e con la battuta sempre pronta), dalla bravissima barwoman Mary, che oltre a degli ottimi cocktail è sempre dolcissima con i bambini. Villa Dumbo (ossia il mini club dell’hotel) rappresenta il vero valore aggiunto della struttura. Vedere i nostri bambini felici di partecipare alle attività proposte è stato per noi genitori motivo di gioia e serenità . Tutti i ragazzi dell’animazione sono davvero dolci, premurosi e attenti. Il nostro grazie va sicuramente al capo animazione Carlo a Pia, Eleonora, Alessia, Aurora e Serena. Camera 308 (Vito, Tiziana, Giuseppe e Alice)
