Comincio la recensione dividendo in categorie i servizi: 1. La colazione ricchissima di tutte le pietanze sia tipiche che non. Dal salato al dolce è stato tutto ottimo. 2.Lo shuttle mattutino e pomeridiano per andata e ritorno dalle piste molto efficiente (nota di merito a Franco l'autista simpaticissimo!) 3. La cena serale Ottima. Gli antipasti potrebbero bastare per un'intera cena. Piatti misti e mai scontati, con possibilità di scelta anche di pietanze semplici come varianti. Cena tipica eccellente! 4. La Spa enorme con ben 5 saune, 3 zone relax separate e ben 4 piscine di cui 1 per bambini. 5. In conclusione metto il motivo per cui ho dato 3 stelle e non 4. La camera dove siamo stati (tipologia Family)era molto molto vintage e necessita di una riqualificazione come è stato fatto con quelle di categoria superiore.

Premetto che non ho soggiornato in questo hotel ma che ho prenotato per i miei zii dal 27 al 30 dicembre. La sera del 28 dicembre mentre i miei zii stavano bevendo una tisana nella zona bar, alla presenza di altri ospiti, hanno notato la presenza di un TOPO! È ovviamente un fatto grave di per sé ma essendo la seconda volta che capita in pochi mesi (era già successo sempre ai miei zii ad agosto per ben 2 sere consecutive) è veramente INACCETTABILE! Pensavamo fosse stato un caso sfortunato e quindi abbiamo prenotato nuovamente in questo albergo anche perchè tutti gli altri erano al completo!

Resort stupendo, ottima cucina, Spa piacevolissima. Un ambiente familiare ma di qualità e cortesia... da riprovare anche in primavera!!! Tra Ortisei e Santa Caterina, raggiungibili a piedi... tutto a portata di mano x raggiungere delle piste bellissime!!

We had the pleasure of welcoming the New Year for the third time in the most convenient and comfortable Hotel Diamant, where we already feel at home, thanks to the pleasant and cozy atmosphere created by the wonderful and kind hosts - the Musner family and their team. We are fascinated by their kind attitude towards each guest, as well as by the professional response to our wishes - always responsive and smiling. The food in the restaurant, as always, was extremely tasty and varied. The hotel is very clean and warm, well maintained, with a great spa, especially the sauna. And again this year Michele was with us - a great ski guide, an outstanding professional. With him we went around all the slopes and did the most fun ski tours. Michele knows all the wonderful restaurants with the most delicious food, with the best views of the Dolomites and above all we experienced real emotions. Thank you, Michele, for making our ski vacation unforgettable. Expect us next year as well, we will come to Diamant Hotel again and we hope that Michele will be with us again. Special thanks to Verena and her family - you are exceptional professionals! We will recommend the hotel and see you again next year.

We stayed at this hotel 7 days - the end of December 2024, beginning of January 2025, spending the New Years Eve at the hotel. We came together with another family from Romania to ski in Val Gardena, for the first time. Our staying at the resort was very good thanks to: - Michele, our ski tour guide, who showed us for 4 days a little part of Val Gardena, nice slopes, nice places to eat. He really knows what he is doing - special thanks to him. His service makes the difference. - Marco, the driver of the shuttle of the hotel. He was a very helpful man and always kind. - Cico, our waiter during the holiday, helpful too. - the reception personnel, always polite and helpful, speaking all of them Italian, German, English, at least. Another plus for the resort was the Spa and Sauna zone, than the rooms, nice, big and very clean. The food was good but there in place for improvement, especially at first and second courses. As for the wines, their selection was excellent. For sure we will turn back to this family hotel, with a very nice ambiance and implication of all three generations of the family members that own it!

Hotel bellissimo, personale gentile e disponibile, buffet della colazione e cena ricco di scelte buonissime, portate eccellenti. Camere pulite, spaziose e confortevoli. Signore delle pulizie dolcissime. L’Hotel a nostro parere ha una posizione ottima sia per raggiungere gli impianti sia per raggiungere il centro di Ortisei, Santa Cristina e Selva di Val Gardena. La fermata del bus è proprio sotto l’albergo. Ampio lo spazio esterno, comodo per chi viaggia con i cani. Noi siamo stati nella camera Alpine Love Suite: molto grande, letto comodissimo, bagno doccia impeccabile ed una jacuzzi esterna con vista incantevole sulle montagne. Insomma, siamo stati molto bene e torneremo!
