I have never had such an experience. During my normal stay at the hotel, the waiter threw away all the items I left in the hotel. It was outrageous and unprecedented! The reason the hotel explained was that I checked out one day earlier! When I returned to the hotel, all the laundry, clothes, and medicines were thrown away by the cleaners! As a result, I couldn't sleep all night in the hotel! Such a level of management, the way the cleaners handled the guests' belongings without authorization, actually came from Hilton, which made people extremely shocked and disappointed!
