Hotels near Loma Del Capiro, Santa Clara

This hotel is located in one of the side street behind the main square. This hotel is not a colonial Building. A normal 3 storeys Building. My room look like newly painted, no window (it's better for me to keep the noise away from outside ) Everything is absolutely 2-3 stars。But aircond has a noise like water dippping. Very annoying. So they change for me. The second room has a window, But too noisy from the street, the door lock not working well, the electricity plug felt off, the bedsheet has stain, the WiFi couldn't connect, So i ask the reception to change, her attitude was so rude Just say no. Said i changed Once. This is low season, hotel was empty. She Just refused to change. Right in the main square there are hotel centro, colonial building, outlook is impressive. Price similar to hotel America, Unfortunately it was my first choice but already full. Avoid this hotel, no offence.

nice room and lovely building in a good location but 1. No hot water in the mornings 2. I requested minimal stairs as I have dodgy knees, despite making this request in May for a January visit and the hotel not being full we were given a room on the top floor- maximum stairs 3. Breakfast was modest and if you are a veggie very small, staff were unwilling or unable to adapt a cheeses and ham toastie to a cheese toastie so provided dry toast 4. Cleaning staff moving furniture in the breakfast area noisily during breakfast and mopping the floor to make them slippery for their customers 5. Internet chaos Staff friendly but need training

Me encanta la granjita, sin duda un centro turístico ameno, a nadie le resulta indiferente , una opción para pasar un rato agradable, con buenas ofertas , excelente atención al cliente , entorno puro q nos pone en contacto con la naturaleza , también cabe resaltar la limpieza y decoración de la instalación así como la animación q nunca falta , complaciendo al público con música variada y actividades recreativas para todas las edades ,por ende una mención especial para los animadores: Ale,elvis, , lisy y ray q siempre nos hacen sentir como en casa

Let's start from the lobby, where you can find a huge nest of bats on the top of the gazebo, that was so scary and disgusting, the bat guano were in the middle of the lobby's floor that can be very dangerous for anyone's health,. Because it can cause histoplasmosis a very lethal lung disease. When we left there was a rat in the middle of the lobby as well. This management should work to improve the hygienic condition of this place. The room was in very poor condition the Ac was very stinking as mold and didn't work properly. The pool was very dirty and old and water filter system didn't work at all. However the personnel of the pool show were offering a good recreation activity. The only thing I enjoyed was the beautiful gardens well maintained, but the rest in this property was messy and dirty they should work to meet the minimum of the sanitary requirements to remain open. Good luck on that. For sure I will never come back. My pictures is to probe I was there , I'm not lying on my review, I think is a place with tremendous potential but with a very poor, negligent and careless and ignorant management.
