Honestly disappointed!
Very disappointed old structure!
Parking gate with key.
In the morning room key and gate key were delivered
To leave the structure we were in line with other cars for a quarter of an hour, because the reception lady (absurd) had gone to get a coffee!

È stata la prima volta che ho soggiornato in questo hotel, bellissima la vista mare, molto pulito, tutto soddisfacente, personale gentilissimo e la nota importante è che si mangia benissimo, inoltre io non avevo prenotato il lido ma mi hanno trovato posto sia al lido caicco, sia a quello delle terme. Ci tornerò sicuramente in quanto Santa Cesarea per me è un posto magico.

We stayed here during our trip to Puglia and found the hotel to be clean and tidy, but unfortunately we felt a bit run down. The furniture was worn, with visible damage to corners and edges, and the shower was so small it was difficult to use comfortably. Not the hotel’s fault, but worth noting — there’s a bar directly across the street that played music until at least 1 a.m., with people often lingering and talking loudly until about 2 a.m. each night. Compared to the other places we stayed during our trip to Puglia, the staff here were noticeably less welcoming. Often, we would pass reception without even a “hello” or “good morning.” Breakfast was very nice, with a good selection of food. However, if you wanted to eat outside in the lovely outdoor seating area, you were expected to clear your own table — something we found unusual for a hotel. We’ve stayed in similar-style hotels in Italy before and had hoped for a comparable experience, but unfortunately, this time it didn’t quite hit the mark.

Tenendo conto che, se ha questi prezzi contenuti non bisogna essere molto esigente. Iniziamo con le impressioni quelle positive: Appena prenotato per una tripla, subito mi contattano per dire che hanno un overbooking.Al che mi prospettano una restituzione di denaro oppure sostituendola con una doppia e una singola.Questo è sinonimo di serietà. L'albergo è in una posizione bellissima, consiglio le stanze fronte mare con una vista stupenda. La ristorazione l'ho trovata di buona qualità, con un personale educato e preparato specie la signora Luciana.la stanza è dotata di mini frigo,aria condizionata e armadio capiente. Aspetti negativi: un mobilio vecchiotto, mentre con un mini piatto doccia bisognava lavarsi a pezzi, non oso immaginare una persona di peso 🤦🏽♂️.

Un posto paradisiaco per chi é in grado di apprezzare il buon vivere. Non condivido le recensioni negative. Vero che é un edificio storico, ma é un plus, arredi datati ma funzionali. Personale eccellente, pulizia raramente trovata in strutture simili. Letto top. Colazione standard ma di qualitá e grande attenzione del personale di sala. Una terrazza sul mare favolosa. A pochi chilometri da posti di mare meravigliosi. Rapporto qualitá prezzo top. Bravi !!

Come confermano le altre recensioni, l'albergo e' datato ed e' molto vecchio (climatizzatori che non funzionavano, ascensore che si bloccava sempre... avrei potuto continuare ma mi fermo qui, credetemi e' stata una vera odissea... cmq sicuramente come confermano tutte le precedenti recensioni scritte dagli altri utenti, confermo che non all' altezza di un 4 stelle ma la cosa più avvilente non è ' l hotel in se per sé, ma l arroganza e la presunzione del personale alla reception. l' ultimo giorno con fare minaccioso dice di dover saldare il conto quando io lo avevo pagato il giorno dopo che ero arrivato.... dopo che ha notato di aver fatto una pessima figura perché le ho mostrato il loro scontrino fiscale dell' avvenuto pagamento ha iniziato a dare le colpe al collega dicendo che si era confusa.... chiedendomi inoltre i soldi della tassa di soggiorno che avevo già pagato prima. Comunque si è limitata a chiedere scusa ma ha fatto una bruttissima figura.......l' unica cosa positiva è la vista e la posizione dell hotel, il resto è pessimo...DA EVITARE ASSOLUTAMENTE

E il terzo anno che vengo in questa struttura, quest’anno ho portato anche la mia compagna e abbiamo trascorso 14 giorni stando veramente bene. L’albergo è un po’ datato, però la cosa che mi importa di più è la pulizia che devo dire c’è tutta, inoltre usufruendo della mezza pensione, la qualità della cena è veramente buona ed il Personale sia della reception che del ristorante, è molto garbato ed ospitale. La nuova presidenza che si è insediata quest’anno, guidata da un manager molto propositivo, forse riuscirà a dare nuovo lustro a questo hotel.
