Ottimo hotel sia in estate che inverno, posizione strategica sulle piste. Gestori cordiali e sempre disponibili su tutto ,ottima la colazione, ambiente pulitissimo. Siamo clienti da anni e continueremo a tornare. Ti riesci a sentire come a casa

Oltre la posizione strategica sulle piste, l’arredo molto bello e l’ottima cucina; il cavallo di battaglia di questo posto è il personale. Camerieri simpatici e disponibili e la coppia che gestisce il tutto cordiale e pronta a rispondere a qualsiasi esigenza.

Scelto più per comodità data la pozione accanto all'impianto di risalita all'arrivo della pista Compagnoni visto che la seggiovia alla Fonte era ed è fuori servizio. Me lo ricordavo diverso, camera piccola per 4 persone molto anni 80 soprattutto l'arredamento, letto matrimoniale che ad ogni movimento scricchiolava, mal di schiena tutte le mattine; temperarura notturna stracaldo; Buona la pulizia della camera. Il personale di sala non proprio cortese, contrariarmente ai Titolari che si sono dimostrati sempre gentile e disponibili. In fase di prenotazione abbiamo chiesto 1 menù gluten free e ci è stato garantito che non ci sarebbero stati problemi...si sono impegnati ma il risultato è stato molto scarso. Non penso di ritornarci peccato perché la posizione è ottima

Veniamo da anni all'Hotel Genzianella perché per noi è una seconda casa. L'hotel si affaccia sulla pista da sci e sul bosco, la posizione è ottima. A pochi passi si trova il centro del paese. La cucina è ottima, il personale è molto cortese e disponibile, la pulizia è impeccabile. Un grazie alla famiglia Alberti per la calorosa accoglienza!
