We've been there for 2 nights on a romantic trip, nice location, great service during dinner and breakfast. Unfortunately, on last day during checkout we found a scorpion next to the bed. We raised the point to the reception who seemed to not have taken us seriously. They just commented that it is normal in the region and this particular scorpion is not dangerous...

El lugar y las instalaciones son hermosos. No obstante, mi calificación es por el trato recibido a la llegada. El lema del hotel incluye Relajar y reconectar. Bien, hice el check in online, para llegar y poder disfrutar. Cargaron mal nuestros datos; poniendo un nombre desafortunado a mi pareja. El punto es que no pudimos relajarnos ni reconectarnos por ese incidente. Averigüe por las políticas de cancelación, en recepción se rieron de la situación, sin hacerse cargo. Nunca se comunicaron nuevamente. Hablé con el gerente de guardia Gabriel, tampoco nos dio respuestas. Finalmente decidimos quedarnos a raíz porque no conseguíamos lugar en otro hospedaje. Yo fui con la idea de tener un gesto y detalle hacia mi pareja. Esto será inolvidable por el destrato, lamentablemente. No volvería, iría nuevamente al Grace.

Es un paraíso, el personal súper amable y la cocina espectacular. Las casitas tienen una vista formidable, nada mejor que disfrutar un vino en la terraza con el fueguito. Destacó su personal que están siempre atentos a lo que uno necesita. Lo recomiendo 100%

Stunning location in the vineyards -gorgeous accommodation - excellent food , very good vines !! We couldn’t have chosen a better option . Breakfast was superb with its variety and high quality . Dinner menu was varied and we had excellent dishes with excellent wine of their production. A true luxury experience . Anna and Francesco from Italy

Fantástica estadía en el hotel. Todo el personal súper amable y bien predispuesto . Las instalaciones impecables y el hotel muy cómodo . El servicio de masajes muy recomendable. Respecto a la propuesta gastronómica estuvo acorde y de muy buena calidad al igual que el desayuno. Definitivamente un lugar para volver .
