Concepto genial de relax, mimo y desconexión. Todo el personal muy agradable. Ubicación que permite ir con coche a recorrer toda la isla. A destacar la cocina de este hotel, tanto desayunos como la cena un verdadero espectáculo. Sebastian prepara unas cenas con productos km 0 que son dignas de admiración, todavía estamos encantados. GRACIAS

Peacefully tucked away, lovely hotel with fabulous breakfast This is a small hotel, in a beautiful old building, where loving care has been taken with every last detail. The rooms are cool with high ceilings, and there’s a breakfast area/sitting area where you can relax. The breakfast has so many home made items including jams and butter, plus there are occasionally pancakes and churros. Definitely worth having! The staff are incredibly friendly. The hotel is off the road, about 5 minutes walk from the town. I think the only downside is no dedicated parking, but there is free parking in the little town, and spaces along the roadside, so no real issue.

This is a lovely hotel with lovely rooms, beautiful gardens, a swimming pool, attractive seating areas both outside and in and in the morning a delightful breakfast with homemade jams and bread and everything else locally sourced produce both from their garden or producers nearby PLUS FABULOUS STAFF. It is inexpensive for somewhere so unique. Sebastian is the patron with his gorgeous mother. They are attentive , generous and kind. This is our second visit however in January we were unable to have dinner as my husband was ill. YOU MUST HAVE DINNER HERE IT IS MORE THAN GOOD FOOD IT IS THEATRE ECOLOGY , ART AND EATING ALL ROLLED INTO ONE. Sebastian gives you an experience of a lifetime . The dishes he prepares all have a story , a wonderful story told passionately by Sebastian. I have travelled extensively in Europe and have eaten at many renowned restaurants NEVER have I had a more interesting and unique meal. A taster menu ( both meat and vegetarian) that far surpassed taster menus I have had 3times the price not simply because of the taste but because of the locally sourced ingredients , the no waste ethos and the authenticity of his creative and experimental style. The world would be a better place if there were more Sebastian’s in it. Passionate and committed to being responsible and resourceful about food. DO NOT MISS THE OPPORTUNITY OF EXPERIENCING THIS FOOD BY THIS VERY TALENTED YOUNG MAN DELIVERED WITH INTELLIGENCE, INTEGRITY AND LOVE. We will be back.

Dieses süße kleine Hotel Rural wird seit 1. Januar 2023 von Sebastian und seinem Partner Dwight geführt. Zuvor hat es viele Jahre die Mutter von Sebastian betrieben. Beide sprechen sehr gut Deutsch und erzählt uns zunächst ein bisschen aus ihrem Leben, ihren Zielen und ihrer Vision. Beide waren in der Sterne Küche und in großen Hotels beschäftigt und wollten nach einer coronabedingten Zwangspause etwas Sinnvolleres im Leben machen. So sind sie glücklich und dankbar, das Haus betreiben zu dürfen. Sie möchten ihren Gästen das Gefühl geben, zu Besuch bei Freunden zu sein. Sebastian und Dwight, unsere beiden Sterneküche erfahrenen Gastgeber verwöhnen uns bei einem ganz privaten Abendessen. Das Wohnzimmer ist mit Kerzen illuminiert, der Kamin ist entzündet, der Tisch festlich gedeckt und zunächst wird ein kleiner Gruß aus der Küche serviert…. Dwight stammt aus Argentinien, hat Verwandte in Deutschland und in der Schweiz und Österreich gearbeitet. Er stellt uns eine Vorspeise vor: regionaler Käse überbacken mit hausgemachtem, noch warmem Sauerteig-Brot, selbst fermentierter Butter und eigener Tomaten-Marmelade. So lecker. Dazu gibt es Weißwein und Olivenöl vom Nachbarn, alles ganz regional. Hauptgang: Pilzrisotto mit Trüffel und gebratenen, kanarischen Kaninchen. Super lecker! Ein Dessert, wie wir es bisher noch nicht gegessen haben: Sauercreme-Eis auf einem Kleebett mit Kaktus-Feigenmarmelade. Nicht nur schön fürs Auge sondern sehr genussvoll. Zum Espresso gibt es zwei kleine Schokopralinen mit gerösteten Kaffeebohnensplittern aus einer lokalen Produktion bei Agaete. Wir sind beseelt und ganz im Glück nach diesem außergewöhnlichen, genussreichen und ganz besonderen Abend! Vielen lieben Dank Ihr Zwei für Eure Hingabe und Eure herzliche Gastfreundschaft! Wir haben jeden Augenblick sehr genossen und werden Euch allerwärmstens weiterempfehlen!

Very nice small cosy "casa rural"
Very nice small cosy "casa rural", held by a very passionate Sebastian, his mother and two lovely dogs. Spacious room and comfortable bed. Sebastian prepares a nice breakfast with local and homemade products. He also knows all about the worthwhile things to see and do, including the best places to eat, as like the great restaurant Martell some kms away.

It was the hottest room we ever slept in. When buying a hotel in such locations, I always count on peace and quiet. Unfortunately, silence was a big problem at night. Quite a busy road on one side, and barking dogs on the other. The owner's dogs are very cute but really noisy. And so the room, which was heated during the day (without air conditioning), was unbearable at night and it was impossible to open the windows unless you were a really heavy sleeper and passing cars or barking dogs were not a problem. As for breakfast, the products are of high quality but the quantity and choice are very limited.
