Hotel is clean and safe. But it is not soundproof. You can hear people talking from the other room.

Very clean and nice amenities. Right next to an In n Out which is great for a late night meal. We had a great experience even though it is a little far from the closest Target/stores

The room is comfortable and the space is reasonable. There are cute little ducks outside the restaurant. It is very convenient to refuel nearby. There is a drive-through Starbucks opposite. The American breakfast is simple and is equipped with a waffle maker. The hotel is some distance away from the beach and the Internet celebrity restaurant.

The hotel room is quite clean, but the soundproofing is not good, and the air conditioner is very loud. I had to turn it off to sleep. Fortunately, it was not very hot at night. The hotel has a very beautiful garden with big white geese and ducks lazily basking in the sun. The hotel prices in Santa Barbara are generally very high. This hotel is okay for one night when passing by.

The room rates in Santa Barbara are generally high, but this one is OK, mainly because it includes breakfast. We stayed for five nights and were told that the room was only cleaned on Tuesdays and Fridays, but it was actually cleaned three times. The breakfast was also acceptable, and the cake slices tasted good.

There is a connecting door between the two rooms. Although it is locked, I still find it unacceptable. The shower water is so small and inconvenient. The breakfast is average.

Traveling along Highway 1, I chose this hotel quite casually. Luckily, the hotel is located next to the highway, which is very convenient for travel. There were some minor setbacks when checking in, but it was finally resolved.
