The room was clean and well appointed. The check in process is awful as you do everything online. Why do I need to provide a picture of the front & back of my driver's license? The hotel is adjacent to a popular night club, so is very noisy on the weekends, hence the reason for earplugs left on the nightstand.

The Haley is a gem!
This hotel is a gem! In a perfect location, close enough to State Street to wander over for fun, but enough off the beaten path for it to be quiet. The decor is funky and cute, and the common spaces are awesome. Room was clean, towels/sheets very nice, amenities were good. Enjoyed our stay!

I was a bit nervous about this reservation bc I couldn’t reach anyone at the property.
The day of checkin, I was able to reach someone on the telephone and get a question answered.
The checkin, parking and key card are all on apps. I found this to be very convenient and time saving. I was checked in and had my room assignment and key access before I even arrived. I liked it. The location is amazing! Right off state street where all the bars and restaurants are. Was all walkable.

I would not come back again
They charge parking , on top of that they over charge me 195 for parking !! I didnt accept anything. The QR code just went into charging 195 of unapproval charges. Had to call my bank and call for fraud.
The woman in the front was no help she just gave me the oh well , cant do nothing. And checking in was a pain. No internet services but they wanted us to check in on the phone.

Convenient, nice & good value
Comfortable bed, lots of conveniences (including items for an in-room breakfast), nice ambiance and quiet & convenient location. Highly recommend.

Did not like the check in process or the hassle it took to park the car. Said there was no person at a desk and there was a very nice man there when we checked in. Would have saved a lot of frustration if we would have know that.
