Super easy for walking to the Mission in 15 Minutes and also possible to go to downtown, but about 30-40 Minutes. Rooms are clean, spacious and updated. Pool wasn’t used bi we got complimented towels to use. Parking is free. People at check-in and checking out was friendly, helpful and the cost for this place is probably the best you can get in town for central location. We will definitely come back again.

Il personale gentilissimo, pronto a supportarci sotto tutti i punti di vista, le camere spaziose e pulite. Buona la posizione! Assolutamente raccomandato!!!

Stunning charming family owned hotel, once designed and raised by the grandfather, and passed on to next generations. As an Architect myself, I love the clean freshly painted and maintaned hotel with a good vibe. Really the feel of it all, including the kindness of the owner, makes it top notch. This is not the Hilton, but it was perfect for our needs. Friendly staff, clean room. Would be more than happy to stay here again.

Lovely Manager booked us in early, so we could meet up with friends. Large car park, clean room. Gave us great advise on the area, where to eat etc. free tea and coffee in reception. Well recommended, a great location not too far from the city centre and beaches

Good area. Got reservation wrong which was disappointing. SO NOISY. 8AM on a Saturday and the gardener is blowing down the entire property. Thin walls—you can hear all conversation let alone a leaf blower. Daylight came from under the door and through all curtains. Bed not comfy, toes kicked metal frame on floor every time you got into bed making more noise. “Cheap” for Santa Barbara but no comfort, no quality. Location good though if you want to rough it for a night—you just won’t leave rested.
