提前到達沒有一點通融等到四點才能入住 給了全酒店位置最不好的最遠靠着逃生通道的房間（不知道存不存在是中國人的原因）隔音非常差一晚上被靠邊逃生通道進進出出的人一直吵醒 樓上的聲音也很響 就在停車場旁邊的停車場也必須valet parking 房間也非常小……唯一優點是外觀很漂亮….

For 3 girls trip we needed 3 beds to relax and enjoy our trip.
This hotel was the only place had a room with 2 beds and sofa bed.
Location is perfect !!
Right in the middle of downtown Santa barbara.
We will definitely come back!
I gave 2 stars for amenity because sofabed was broken which we could still use but it was not really comfortable.
(We travel a lot so we know how sofabed is like.)
And conditioner in the bathroom was empty.

Hotel staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. The hotel itself is cozy and the room was clean and spacious. Right by state street with all the restaurants and bars. Great location and price!

The location of the hotel is better. It is located on downtown Santa Barbara Avenue. The rooms are clean and tidy. During the epidemic, the breakfast is relatively simple and can only be taken back to the room.
