Fint rom, som ser nyoppusset ut. Var litt kloakk lukt på badet innimellom. Hotellet er rett med handlegaten, og veldig kort vei til Strand. Kjøleskap på rom, og vanndispensere i gang. Så slapp å kjøpe litersvis med vann. Personalet som jobbet der var hyggelige. Nattevakten var litt vanskelig og kommunisere med (dårlig engelsk), og når jeg skulle sjekke ut (på natten) tror jeg han lå å sov, for jeg brukte litt tid på å få fatt i han.
Rengjøring var effektiv, og de hadde tatt rommet hver dag mens jeg spiste frokost.
Det er litt lytt fra rommet og ut i gangen. Så når folk kom hjem fra byn eller de storoppgjør tidlig, ble jeg vekket. Dette skjedde gjentatte ganger.
Er totalt sett fornøyd med hotellet.

Staff, room and facilities were superb. Only complaint was that the bed was hard but I understand that is personal preference. Food was good with a decent variety. Hotel is kept amazingly clean. Close proximity to beach and main shopping ***** of Cala Millor. Enjoyed my time here immensely.

Es un hotel antiguo, aunque ha sido reformado y está bien. Los baños están muy bien con ducha en lugar de bañera. Las habitaciones están bien y bastante bien insonorizadas. La limpieza es buena y el personal muy amable. La ubicación es muy buena en una zona con gran cantidad de tiendas y restaurantes y está muy cerca de la playa, a escasos 100 metros. Lo que no nos gustó fueron los horarios de comida y cena. Están pensados para alemanes e ingleses, que son los clientes mayoritarios, pero estamos en España y los españoles no comemos a las 13:00, ni cenamos a las 18:30. Dando por finalizado el horario de comida a las 14:30 y el horario de la cena a las 21:00. De hecho uno de los días estábamos comiendo y a las 14:30 retiraron todos los platos. La calidad así como la variedad es justita, incluso para un tres estrellas. Otra cosa que no nos gustó fue que nos cobraron por las toallas de piscina que nos dejaron. En otros hoteles dejas un depósito por toalla y al devolver la toalla te devuelven el dinero.

Hotel comodo a 2 passi dal mare con staff eccellente , colazione e cena a buffet ottima con molta varietà di cibi .. La stanza molto confortevole l’unica cosa che manca forse è il topper e i cuscini un po’ più duri per avere una comodità in più però è stato un soggiorno piacevole , ci ritornerei
