What an amazing hotel. All the staff were super friendly and helpful and made huge effort to get to know you. Nothing was too much trouble. The food was amazing particularly in the buffet. I’m not sure what others are complaining about - we are both foodies and the food was definitely top notch. Loved the themed nights and the gala dinner although we missed the outside gala due to weather. Such a varied selection of fresh food and salads. We didn’t take a small child but particularly noticed the specific child area which they could help themselves to plastic crockery and select their own food. There is a small water park heavily discounted adjacent to the hotel which was also all inclusive once you paid to get in which was a great change of scenery. A beautiful beach in walking distance and a nature reserve opposite. We took cycles from hotel daily and explored the towns - would recommend breakfast or brunch at Dito - award winning cafe and it’s obvious why. We also went on a hack through the nature reserve up to the castle. The horse stables Rancho Bonanza which suited my daughter and I who are experienced but also my husband who does not ride. Absolutely perfect for all abilities. The surrounding town itself is functional but not really our vibe - we preferred to eat in the hotel.

An excellent, chilled, classy stay. Myself and my partner arrived at another TUI ‘4 star Platinum’ hotel (certainly wasn’t!) and after 30 hours moved hotels to this one and WOW we were blown away. I’m sure I will forget things in this review, but everything was perfect. We are a childless couple in our 30’s and wanted adults only - whilst this hotel is not that, the adults only areas are certainly what we look for. Amazing pools, brilliant bars, no children in ear or eyeshot. There are plenty of sunbeds and no fighting at all. We arrived at the pool at 8am, 10am, 1pm, 4pm… always a number of spare beds in twos. The buffet and a la carte restaurants were perfect. We stayed for 9 nights and could chose 3 a la carte included in the stay. We hired bikes for free twice, always plenty available. We used the driving range across the road twice, for free. We did a few classes on the aqua boards (in the children’s pool but such good fun!). We stayed in the family side in a junior suite as there were no spaces in the adults only side and honestly, it was great. So quiet and chilled, it still felt adults only and we just passed families and children in the stairwell and lift area. The area is great. Very close to a few shops / bars / cafes and the beach is a 10 min cycle away, maybe 20 minute walk. I’d definitely recommend hiring a bike and cycling to the seafront for the various cafes they have. We didn’t actually use the beach or go in the sea but it looked nice. The evening entertainment was great. We chose to stay adults only side and the singers / bands were brilliant. It sounded like the family side was also fun as we walked back to our room. The minibar was topped with fizzy drinks and water each day. Cleaners were perfect. All staff are so friendly and speak excellent English. The free coffee shop on site is delicious. This hotel is pricey but my goodness is it worth it. Aside from buying a few drinks in the nearby town, we didn’t spend a penny. We couldn’t find a fault for looking. We have never not gone adults only before but this was perfect. A great holiday with no complaints at all.

Am currently staying here at the Sensatori Biomar. The hotel is situated about 10mins walk from a lovely beach. The hotel is spotless always staff around cleaning the outside areas this covers the communal areas and the gardens which are beautiful and the indoor areas too. There is a great choice of food all day long you could never go hungry. You’d be hard pushed to not find something you enjoy. The A la carte restaurants are lovely although I haven’t tried the Indian. The restaurant staff are amazing serving the food and drinks and keeping on top of clearing the tables and floor in some cases all with a smile. The TUI staff work hard all day long providing entertainment and children’s clubs so parents who want to can have a break and venture to the adults only side which is a peaceful oasis. Moving between adults only and family side is so easy yet if you want adults only you could spend your whole holiday in the adults only bubble and wouldn’t know there were any children around. I would also say that should you have any issues at the hotel speak to the manager so he can understand your problem and rectify it don’t wait until you get home then post it on social media it’s too late then. Would I come back? Definitely it’s a short flight and transfer and I know I’m going to have a brilliant holiday with the family being looked after by some amazing people.

Great hotel for families but still get time as a couple. Staff very good. Especially LUCIA GARCIA. She is so good and she really makes you feel special. There isn’t a a problem booking the restaurants either. Only feedback is adults rooms better than families

Bloody glorious! Amazing food. Lush pools. High end drinks. Our room was clean. Our son loved the Baby Club and we loved the adults only pool and the spa.

Amazing hotel! Excellent service Good quality food - lovely little touches with children buffet. Pools well kept and always a space for a sun bed. Staff were friendly and really caring in the baby crèche. Room was large and well presented. Only down point would be the mosquitos.

First off this hotel is really nice and it’s defo not a cockroach infest as some reviews have stated however there is just a few things that let it down based on my own opinion We stayed in a swim up family room block A 029 facing the activity pool we got sun here 11am through to sunset was perfect we could see block B opposite us facing towards pool from other direction and they lost the sun around mid day in there swim up rooms We paid a bit more and had junior suite swim up our room was really spacious separate lounge, bedroom and a large bathroom with a bath and separate shower. Mini fridge was re filled free of charge in this room everyday We had a large decking area with 2 loungers a daybed and a separate area with patio table chairs Over all the room was a solid 10/10 the maids came everyday and did an excellent job The only thing i would say is right next to the pool they have put football posts and it’s all you can hear and then of course you get a football to the face on several occasions. Seeing as it’s a premium room and paid a lot I’d personally have this activity moved to a different area of the grounds? Reason I believe it’s there is because the family side is small, don’t get me wrong it’s not tiny but for the amount of footfall the site is not big which makes me glad we had a swim up pool, the main pool has a swim up bar we went in once as they were doing the activities in here (already limited space) there is a small splash pool for children under 4 I would say and then another pool which is of an ok size. Activities were daily and where loads on always, make sure to download the TUI blue app tells you what’s on and can book etc the activity team work hard! And are brilliant really can’t fault them. We went to the stay and play most mornings where kids have free play of games and crafts. Evening entertainment again plenty of choice, piano bar was nice with live music Now the restaurant, was not a big Buffett for hot food but the quality was amazing, the chefs were all very good and constantly checking and re filling stations. You had a member of staff who was constantly cleaning around stations as well. The problem came with the seating area, tables are laid for you and the staff are quick to clean and do this, however every single table we sat at had food around it at the floor pretty much everytime we eat so they were cleaning tables but not sweeping. There is no drink stations you have to order these again could be a nightmare we sat for 10 mins one day just waiting to be seen to order a drink, staff are very focused on just clearing tables which are empty and if you want towards end of service they were very focused on relaying for the next service. which is not a bad thing or a fault it’s just annoying they could see you continue cleaning take your order go back cleaning then go get your drinks , personally think they have to do much maybe just have someone on just drinks and someone in cleaning how they can do it

This was our first real getaway as a couple without the kids since they were born, so we chose somewhere top class, and were blown away. Upon arrival to the hotel, we were met by a bellboy who assisted with our cases to the reception where we were served a glass of champagne whilst we were given some general information regarding the hotel (slightly too extense after a day of travelling, as all we wanted to do was go to the room to settle in). Nevertheless, once we paid the tax we were escorted by the bellboy to the room. So far, so good! We were allocated in the adults only section of the hotel. The room was of a good size, very clean and had everything we may have needed during our stay. We had seen from pictures that the adult section of the hotel has an updated, modern touch, and we were not dissapointed. The adults area was very relaxed, beds were always available, & the pool bar staff were very friendly, especially Zara. That said, the activities & entertainment available for children is a strong factor that will make us return with the kids. There is so much for them to do. the TUI team were very present in the family side of the hotel & the activities were endless, which we will be taking full advantage of when we return as a family. The food in general was flawless, we mostly visited Lyra for breakfast, lunch & dinner (although the family side buffet Altaer seems very similar). A large selection of dishes were available & we can see why they receive praise through reviews (The chinese theme night was spectacular). The service was second to none. There were also A La Carte restaurants which were bookable at reception. Between the atmosphere. quality of food and servers for a moment we forgot that we were in a hotel & not a top tier restaurant (hats off to Sergio, the restaurant manager, always attentive & friendly) however in general all the staff were splendid. Bicycles are available at reception, which were great to get out and about to explore Sa Coma. The reception staff were very pleasant, however we must mention Mark, as he was always eager to help, very professional & went above & beyond, which did not go unnoticed. The hotel manager, Chej (we hope the spelling is correct) was very present, which is always nice to see - we would see him on a daily basis, checking in with guests & personally asked us how we were, which was a first for us. 10/10. We will definitely be returning soon with our little ones, as it was an unforgettable experience. Thank you for having us, see you soon!

Just returned from a week at this hotel and had a fabulous time. Couple + 14month old and stayed in a junior suite with rooftop pool on the family side. Room - this was great and perfect for us. Our baby had 2 fairly long naps each day and this allowed us to get outside whilst he was sleeping - the baby monitor worked on the roof. Rooftop is kept immaculate and plenty of loungers. The downside to our particular room was that the living area space was much colder than the bedroom where we slept. Our baby is a light sleeper so he slept in the living area bit, so we couldn’t have the air con on much when it felt really hot to us so that he wasn’t cold overnight. We were room 438. Pools - were great and a lovely temperature. Loved the swim up bar. It was difficult to get sunbeds around this pool at certain times though (we’re don’t like reserving sunbeds personally as it doesn’t feel fair on others). Food - amazing, can’t fault at all. I’m vegan and this was the best choice and most well labelled food choice in any hotel I’ve been to. Buffet had so much choice and was all served immaculately. We got 3 al la carte reservations easily even though the hotel was full, but did end up cancelling one so only tried the asian and Indian. Asian was amazing- food quality even higher than buffet. Food quality in Indian was similar to buffet but service and experience was great. Staff - can’t say enough good things. Staff were so friendly and polite, and went out of their way to make a fuss of children which was a lovely touch for us (having not travelled abroad with our child before). Baby room staff are outstanding. Tomeu who welcomed you into the restaurant in the evening is an absolute credit to the hotel and it was lovely seeing him each day. There is one lady that works in the coffee shop who is a bit rude, and was rude on a few occasions, but she is the only staff member we encountered like this. Entertainment - we only really used the baby club, stay and play and kids evening activities like blue tots and tui bots, but it was all brilliant. We were very impressed with the facilities for babies and the selection of toys in the baby room/outside space, our little boy loved it. The baby staff are incredible.
