Ci sono stata meno di un mese fa,Mi hanno rubato un pigiama e un costume 😅 non ci tornerò mai più! Peccato perché la struttura non è male ma determinate cose non dovrebbero accadere. Dovrebbero ricercare personale più serio e affidabile!!!

In un isola dove tutto è caro,questo albergo è risultato tra i più economici. Struttura grande e non troppo moderna. Piscina discreta con ampia zona per le sdraio alquanto trascurata. Sporca e poco invitante anche perché la vista è sul vicino cantiere che rende tutto abbastanza triste. Stanze grandi ma spartane con dettagli da rivedere. Colazione a €15 e per quanto riguarda il caffè si è trattato di uno dei peggiori della mia vita. Letto aggiuntivo che esce da un divano dove vengono fornite le lenzuola e per il resto bisogna fare da soli. La zona è abbastanza servita vicino a locali e bar. Albergo popolato da giovani quindi la sera è difficile trovare il silenzio.

The customer service from Management has been shocking. Due to website error I was charged 4 times and they have refused to issue a refund. A considerable amount of money for a family of 4. It would have been quite clear to anyone it was an error which had tried to be resolved immediately but no compassion was given, a real shock given it was a system error rather than human error.

It was an excellent stay we enjoyed all the facilities and the service Maria Fernanda, Ruben, Hamid were delightful with everything. Thanks to Soraya and Mari at the bar. They were the best all the cocktails and hints about the island were well taken. Rosamar its a pretty nice hotel. You will enjoy your stay

First of all my wife and I love this hotel, all of the staff are virtuous respectful and deliver excellent customer service. However while there having a room with a kitchenette we were very disappointed that there was no kettle available for our room and the hotel couldn’t provide us with one so we had to boil water in a pan which has its own risks. Doors have suffered water damage and need replacing. We did have a 60 inch smart tv which was an upgrade on the tv we had last year. The best thing about this hotel because it has young club going adults so sun beds are always available throughout the day so no stress here. Did spend time with the manager explaining that we wouldn’t return till these items were addressed

It is a basic hotel, however it’s clean and in a really good location to explore the island on foot or by the bus. Lucas on reception was very friendly and helpful. He gave brilliant service. The pool isn’t great but I was happy to sit by it with a drink in my hand.

A very basic hotel. Not impressed with the staff, who seemed less than helpful. We were given the key to the wrong room initially and had access to an already occupied room. Then given another room, but was sent in the wrong direction. We had to rearrange our room as all sockets were in the wrong place. Not enough coathangers. Balcony furniture was filthy. Breakfast was OK....but lacked variety. We were never asked to prove we were staying at the hotel. Not impressed with the arrangements for luggage stowage on our final day.
