Let me start with this review with the director/Manager of the Hotel ANDREA, she was always in communication with the guests, especially when there was an issue or problem. In my point of view, she has handled and directed the hotel with professionalism and integrity to the point that I will definitely come back next year. Regarding, the hotel staff, they were the best, they treated me with respect and made me feel like I was at home.
The reception staff were very friendly and helpful as well.

Location was in good walking distance to the town but not too close that you get the late night life noise. The hotel rooms are very noisy. I was woken up every night to the sound of people “doing it”. Also people drinking very loudly through the night out on their balconies until 6-7 am. The beds are extremely loud, even only if turning over in the night. The beds weren’t changed the entire time we were there which I was disappointed in. Also the shower and toilet etc were only cleaned on our last day. I wouldn’t stay here again unfortunately.

Bien pero es 3 estrellas
la experiencia muy buena . lo que pasa que para ser un 4 estrellas me esperaba mas resort. las habitaciones son pequeñas y el desayuno poco variado. ademas no habia secador en la habitacion y muchas de nosotras como llegamos tarde a la habitacion no pudimos lavarnos el pelo. en un 4 estrellas eso no puede fallar.

Me sorprendió gratamente
La verdad es que me sorprendió muy gratamente. Tiene una puntuación de 2 estrellas, pero no tiene absolutamente nada que enviar a un 3 o 4 estrellas... las instalaciones están fenomenal, la piscina, el personal de recepción SUUUUPER AMABLE...
La única pega, es la limpieza de la habitación. Al ser apartahotel, tiene mini cocina y utensilios, y si los usas, no los limpias, ni tienes nada para fregar. y en mi opinión, no vas a comprar todo para un par de dias. Deberias dejar algo para fregar o limpiar la sarten, plato y vaso... y el resto de limpieza, pues igual, por encima, la primera noche tuve un altercado y se mancharon las sábanas, e hicieron la cama sin cambiarlas.
También hay que tener en cuenta que la playa está llena de algas, que no es la típica cala limpia y esmeralda de Ibiza.
