Not welcoming reception. Room dirty and not basics stuff in the bathroom! They only gave me two cups and one soap bar. Tried to request shampoo and information about hotel and reception was really rude

the hotel was ok, the food was good and varied, but the cleanliness still needs work, we had ants in the room, garbage under the bed, it doesn't work with the vacuum cleaner, the dust wasn't wiped.

10/10, loved our stay here, the hotel is clean, food was fresh and delicious all sort of variety and Drinks, pool side with a sea view, everything at walking distance and boat taxi right outside the hotel to head out into the town, only €5. Definitely recommend!! Loved our holiday.

Fantastic hotel for all ages we are currently in here now with another couple and having a blast.I met my wife here and we have been coming back each year. The staff are amazing and work very hard making sure everyone is having a good time the barman,woman and entertainment team. A special mention to the Bar staff Antonio Raye and Antonio Valverde ,and Jose Luis carabao fantastic people who will go above and beyond for anyone Thankyou for making our experience special every time.

The entertainers were really fun and had activities all week, the food was good and changed every week and was actually hot
