Not welcoming reception. Room dirty and not basics stuff in the bathroom! They only gave me two cups and one soap bar. Tried to request shampoo and information about hotel and reception was really rude

the hotel was ok, the food was good and varied, but the cleanliness still needs work, we had ants in the room, garbage under the bed, it doesn't work with the vacuum cleaner, the dust wasn't wiped.

L'hôtel et l'emplacement sont incroyables, le personnel était assez gentil et attentionné, la seule chose que nous n'avons pas aimé était que les chaises longues au bord de la piscine étaient toujours pleines et un petit problème que nous avons eu avec un cuisinier de nuit, un homme plus âgé nous parlait mal et a commencé à nous insulter en italien tout en nous tournant le dos et c'était trop sale pour être face au public... nous voulions parler au directeur mais ils nous ont dit qu'il n'était pas là maintenant et qu'il pourrait nous aider le matin, un travailleur acharné comme lui fait que les bonnes choses ne sont pas si bonnes... sinon tout était super, le maître s'est bien occupé de nous tous les matins, merci...

Estoy muy contenta con los hoteles San Remo y Estanyol, súper buena ubicación con siempre parking disponible, el buffet muy variado y sabroso. Animación entretenida por parte de Nico y especial mención a los trabajadores de bar y cócteles el Sr. José Luis súper amable y simpático, así como Antonio, todo un profesional! Recomiendo 10/10 ojalá volver pronto

The activity crew always make us feel included. Especially candela and nico always went out of their way to make sure our stay was comfortable and we were enjoying our stay. We come every year and enjoy seeing familiar faces and they never forget us! X

This time I came with my sister. The hotel is nice, I keep coming back for four years!! I already know all the staff and other clients!! Thank you to Candela and Nico! I will be back next year!! The activity that I loved the most was the aquazumba

Fantastic location great view and nice walks. But unfortunately this hotel is doing the all inclusive option wrong. So this is how it goes you pay 2 Euro each me and my wife for a cup each for drinks each if you lose one you have to buy another cup for another 2 Euros and when it came to lunchtime and dinner you have to scan you room card to get soft drinks such as coke and Fanta etc whi h I have never come across in any hotel with my traveling endeavors. But a big But without a doubt that made me and my wife's stay here was the entertainment staff Big shout out to Nico and Candela who where great and made you feel welcome I joined in everyday in the games such as water volley ball and darts and aqua rumba and pool killer. I Would 110% stay here again but some things need to change with regards to the drinks situation. Oh and they cut your wristband off straight away when u check out. You have to pay 45 Euros each is you wanna keep them till you get picked up to go back to the airport at the end of your holiday.
