The hotel was one of the cleanest I've stayed in so far, very quiet, a bit out of the way but still easily accessible by bus and tram. We were in the city center within half an hour. Excellent value for money!

Hello,
We requested a travel cot (for a 2-year-old), but we didn't receive one.
The request was made two weeks before our arrival (at the same time as the reservation)!!
On Saturday, March 29, 2025, around 8 p.m., the receptionist was rude. Don't try to understand us... Unfriendly...!
We are disappointed with the welcome we received from this woman.
