Le personnel a fait preuve d’un détachement choquant, sans même tenter d’enquêter ou de nous aider. Je suis sincèrement déçue de devoir écrire ce commentaire, mais il est inadmissible qu’un hôtel de ce standing ne garantisse pas la sécurité de ses clients, ni ne prenne ses responsabilités en cas de vol. Je ne recommande pas cet hôtel. On ne devrait pas avoir à choisir entre beauté des lieux et sécurité de ses affaires.

Era la nostra seconda volta a distanza di due anni e abbiamo avuto le stesse belle sensazioni: location da sogno, atmosfera rilassante e raffinata. Tutto sembra assolutamente naturale ma nulla e’ lasciato al caso. Qualche minima sbavatura per quanto riguarda il ristorante, stupendo ma con un servizio molto molto lento. Sicuramente per dare opportunita’ di godere del panorama e del tramonto, ma 2 ore per due antipasti e’ comunque un po troppo, anche in vacanza. Menu’ buono ma un po limitato. Tutto il resto e’ da favola!
