We arrived home today from a brilliant 8 night stay as a family of four at Balansat Resort. Staff, food, all inclusive service and room were all of a high standard. On arrival our room was exceptionally clean and well maintained throughout our stay by housekeeping staff. The views here are breathtaking and the resort has everything you need on site, which is handy as there is an only a few convenience shops and a restaurant nearby. We took a 30 minute bus to Ibiza Old Town for a change of scenery on an overcast day which was both enjoyable and easy due to local bus services. Only recommendation I would make is for the kids to dance on the floor as opposed to the stage for the mini disco as the stage is quite small and there is a real risk of kids falling. Jay from the entertainment team is great at what he does and the bar staff took time to talk and even gave our 4 year old son a mocktail making lesson! If you have booked here and looking at recent reviews prior to your arrival you are in for a treat! Thank you Balansat, we will be back!

First of all this place is a lovely destination for a quiet family break, cannot fault the staff at all! Only reason for the 4star is the first night we arrived we was put in room 4302 this room was incredibly warm, felt like been in a sauna and was nothing like the pictures for a junior suite. The male on reception couldn’t do enough to help and agreed to move us into a different room. Which then was fantastic and was a lovely room. There are a couple of beach side bars which also serve lovely food only a couple of minutes walk away. Would recommend if you want a quiet family break.

What can I say about this hotel that I havnt already said, its a beautiful hotel, staff are amazing I have to say idrina is our favourite, hotel is so clean. Food lovely, rooms are so clean, every body works so hard. I recommend this hotel to everyone, see yous next year, the clarke family

I cannot rate this place highly enough for a quiet family break on the island. The food is brilliant, my kids loved both of the children’s pools, but what really makes this place is the staff. Very helpful, always willing to chat and always very friendly. It was so good here that I’ve just booked another five nights in August 🤣

Das Personal ist unglaublich nett freundlich und hilfsbereit die Zimmer sind vom Aussehen top Ausstattung auch aber an manchen Stellen gibt es angerissene Stellen.Das Essen ist gut Auswahl auch.Die poolbar ist sehr praktisch gerade am Abend wenn man unten Sitzt und redet oder sich die Shows an guckt.

Great family centred hotel located in the North of the island . This is great for families but not if you’re looking for a wild time. It is very quiet with only two shops two restraunts and 1 bar near by . Other parts of the island can be visited via bus ( certain days ) or taxi ( approx 35/45 Euros each way ) Short uphill walk to caves which is one of the recommended sights of the island. Entertainment team were fantastic especially Jay and Emily who made sure they interacted and included all the kids daily. Enough choices of activities to keep both children and parents entertained Entertainment was good as well Magican , game show , DJ , dance act and competitive games . Splash park and main pool parents able to see the kids from almost any location as well as the stage and play park. Adult pool as well for over 16 year olds Various choices of food always something to choose. Only addition would be an ice cream machine / freezer where the kids can get access anytime rather than just at lunch dinner. Rooms clean and tidy , bedding changed daily as well as fresh towels . Great family hotel and would visit again.

Es la tercera vez que venimos y nos encanta.La ubicación es perfecta, tranquila.El hotel tiene 2 piscinas,una para familias y una para adultos muy tranquila.La comida es muy buena,todo fresco y recien hecho.Pero lo mejor es la atención del personal,desde la recepción (Irina es la mejor) hasta los chicos del restaurante (Antonio,Joaquin,Jose..)te hacen sentir muy cómodo,siempre a tu disposición y siempre,siempre con una sonrisa.Repetirrmos muchos años.

Es el tercer año que nos alojamos en este hotel y siempre es un acierto. A destacar la atención de Irina en recepción, Antonio en el comedor y a David en la cocina. Es de agradecer el trato cercano y familiar que ofrecen, siempre con una sonrisa y preocupados para que nuestra estancia sea mejor que el año anterior. Tengo que felicitar a la cocina de este año porque sin lugar a dudas ha sido la mejor de todos lo años anteriores, sin desmerecer la calidad anterior. Con los ojos cerrados repetiremos el próximo año. Gracias por cuidarnos tanto
