Nice hotel in a good quiet location ideal for a 4 night stay. Friendly staff with nice selection of wine and beers. We had a nice short break and really enjoyed the hotel. The is not much to do in the resort but it's a nice place to visit and the food served was good.

I loved how close it was to the beach. The food was really good. The wi-fi in the rooms could be hit and miss.
Very quiet area, unless you are at the back of the hotel near the entrance. Lots of reverse parking beepers due to drop offs and pick ups. The hotel seemed very popular. Not as noisy with patio door shut. Really enjoyed our stay.

Great 10 days holiday at Sandos El Greco. Great location although not suitable for anyone with mobility issues.Lots of stairs to negotiate. Everywhere very clean and the staff very attentive. We had an issue with our room which was located beside an extractor flue for the dining room. We asked to move rooms and Emma the Manager was very helpful and found us a more suitable room. It is definitely worth upgrading to Royal Elite.The staff are fantastic big shout out to Eusebio who went the extra mile to make sure we always had a great time his attention to detail remembering what we drank was great. Would return but found the number of stairs difficult.

This was our visit to Ibiza, we were impressed with the resort and hotel situated in the north of the island. The hotel staff were first class especially the reception, room service, restaurant and bar employees. We decided before hand to upgrade to Royal Elite, which offered premium outside space and bar areas. In parts of the Royal Elite area there is artificial grass that would be welcomed on the lower levels too. The hotel is built into the hill side and there are numerous levels with steps. The pool area is small but the beach is wonderful. We used the beach rather than the pool. The sea was clear and you could see fishes, it was kept very clean. We has a sea view room on the reception floor with a view over the bay. Our double room was fine, with a very comfortable bed. We loved the complimentary bottle of Cava on arrival. The mini bar was stocked with beers and soft drinks. The shower and bathroom was spacious and had a nice balcony. Some of our best memories was the food. It was amazing, we were all inclusive and were treated to outstanding breakfasts, lunches and evening meals. You couldn't fault the variety and choice, there was so much on offer. We especially liked the Spanish cuisine. The wine and beer was lovely with named premium brands. As we had an early evening transfer we asked about late check out which was organised. It was well worth it keeping our room until just before we left. The hotel is brilliant, well managed with great staff, I'd definitely recommend.

Our stay at this hotel was nothing but positive. The hotel is kept immaculately clean and tidy. The food was varied and offered everything you could possibly need. The location was beautiful I swam in the sea before 8am everyday. Portinatx is a quieter resort but that is clearly advertised and the live music acts in the evening were very good. All the staff work hard to ensure you have a lovely relaxing holiday. Special mention to Joaquim, Maria and Orlando who were extremely courteous and made our holiday special. Just arrived back after spending a week here. The staff are great, the food was the best al inclusive I have had in Europe. However the hotel really let us down with the entertainment. The 2 staff who presented the entertainment were very good , but the shouting and type of entertainment did definitely not fit in with this style of hotel. Bingo, darts,guess the pictures but put your hand up and shout tequila, in a adult's only hotel. Not the kind of chill out we where expecting. Also the pool area gets very busy with not much room. Yes we would definitely go back if the entertainment was changed to a more relaxed adult theme.

Net een week verbleven in sandos El greco, we hebben een hele fijne vakantie gehad. Het hotel ligt in een baai vlak bij een strandje, dit strand hoort echter niet bij het hotel dus als je daar een ligzetel op parasol wil hebben moet je ervoor betalen 8€ voor een ligzetel en ook 8€ voor de parasol. De kamers zijn netjes en ruim genoeg. Er zijn veel trappen dus als je niet goed te been bent kan je best wegblijven. Het eten was lekker maar heel hard gericht op de vele Engelse gasten. Wat ik wel jammer vond was bij aankomst kreeg je twee flessen water in de koelkast en daar moet je het mee doen, je kan ze wel bijvullen maar voor een all inclusive mocht er op zen minst bij aankomst ook wat frisdrank inzitten. De bar gaat open om 9:30 maar de poolbar pas om 11:00 dus als je iets wil om te drinken bij het zwembad moet je terug de trappen op. Er is gratis wifi in het hotel die goed werkt. Het personeel is vriendelijk en doen alles om je tijd aangenaam te maken. Wij komen zeker terug al is het gewoon om te genieten van de mooie omgeving

Just leaving after an enjoyable 4 days at the Sandos El Greco with my mum. When we arrived our room wasn’t quite ready but we were given our all inclusive bands to use straight away and then shortly after received a call to say we could get our keys. The rooms are spacious and clean with fresh towels and cleaning daily. The all inclusive was great, drinks were good and food fresh and hot, lots of choice everyday and we always found something nice to eat. The pool area is clean although sunbeds quite crammed in and usually all taken by mid morning but we are early birds so never had a problem getting some. Right on the beach with beautiful clear water and water sports if that’s your thing. Quite a few steps down to the beach so not good for anyone with mobility issues as there is no slope alternative. The staff are amazing, especially Hugo and Fanny and the evening entertainment was fantastic. We couldn’t fault it and would definitely return.
