The room is average, with balcony.
The main reason is that there were too many people at breakfast. I don’t know if it was a holiday, there were many children, the sanitary conditions were not very good, and the plates felt like they were not washed!

Un muy buen hotel familiar con actividades para niños y bebés, con self-service variado. Un servicio muy eficiente para resolver dudas o inconvenientes. Es una muy buena opción dado que no hay profusion de hoteles de este tipo.

Hôtel qui pourrait être vraiment génial mais à mon avis par manque de personnel manque cruellement de propreté. Le buffet n’est pas de bonne qualité mais en plus les mouches sont posées sur toute la nourriture. C’est vraiment degeulasse. Ça ne couterait rien de mettre quelques attrapes mouches et ça améliorerait l’expérience culinaire de tous les clients . il y a 2 salles de jeux pour enfants ´ mais un est laissé à l’abandon et donc très sale, c’est pas normal pour un espace enfant en plus. la piscine est verte et très trouble et malgré plusieurs remarques lors de notre séjour pour eux les indicateurs sont bons… incompréhensible… Autre déception, tout est en catalan, il y a pleins d’activités pour les enfants mais si ton enfant ne parle pas ou ne comprend pas le catalan, alors il ne peut participer à rien… vu la proximité avec la France,il devrait avoir à minima un animateur qui parle une autre langue que le catalan.

Reservamos la “Baby Room” porque viajábamos con un bebé. Al llegar, ni siquiera estaba preparada. Nadie se preocupó por resolverlo. Por la tarde empezó a llover a cántaros. Como no hay ascensor ni pasarela cubierta que conecte los edificios, nos vimos obligados a cruzar con los dos bebés completamente empapados, con temperaturas bajas y lluvia intensa. La puerta de nuestra habitación se bloqueó por el agua y, tras una hora con los niños calados y helados, pedimos por favor otra habitación para secarlos aunque fuera sin nuestras pertenencias. La recepcionista se negó de malas maneras y no ofreció absolutamente ninguna solución. La atención fue nula y la actitud, directamente desagradable. La comida es digna de un comedor escolar barato: todo ultraprocesado, insípido y de pésima calidad. Un auténtico timo para el precio que cobran. La limpieza es deplorable, con humedades y suciedad en el baño. Nada de la “Baby Room” tiene sentido si no se molestan ni en limpiarla bien. Lo de la “granja” es publicidad engañosa: no es ninguna granja, apenas hay unas gallinas y dos cabras tristes. Los animadores tampoco tienen ningún interés en entretener a los niños. Son chavales sin experiencia ni ganas. En definitiva: es un lugar que se aprovecha de las familias vendiéndoles humo. Un abuso absoluto. No vayáis
